I am a very happy customer and I will definitely be a returning one- not only is the service incredible and is Joanne a hero. She got me the ballpit and playmat next day delivered so it was on time for the big play date.

The items they sell are all very carefully sourced and checked it’s ethical approved. They have the best selection of smaller organic and ethical approved baby brands. You can see there is a lot of thought behind every product they sell and I can’t wait for my next order.

Bought both Rosa & Jim, the boxes they arrive in are great. Such cute dolls.

Items were wrapped up in paper and string which was a great touch.

Gorgeous product that came beautifully wrapped. I shopped online but the shop looks beautiful and full of inspiration. I stumbled across the brand whilst on a very specific shopping mission but will be returning for more inspiration from their carefully selected assortment.

Beautiful little shop for baby items, and the delivery and service locally is efficient and friendly. I have bought items from Hugo and Me several times now and loved every one and the service has been great each time, whether buying in store or online.

Received amazing customer service, i ordered the teddy ball pool on a Monday and received it by friday even though the delivery times stated were 7-10days. They were also very helpful when I rang regarding delivery as the item was saying delayed. The ball pool was a gift for my daughters first birthday and they offered to hand deliver another one incase the package didnt arrive in time as we are local to the store. Luckily it did but i was very grateful for the offer. Quality of the product is lovely, would definately recommend.
