High Quality Brand

I'm really happy with how much this brand has improved in recent years. It has an amazing website/app that is easy to navigate due to a wide range of filters for finding the product you want. It is expensive but it is completely worth it for the high quality of the products, which you often don't get with other brands that charge a premium.

I'm a huge fan of the brand's attention to comfort as well as style by incorporating a lot of stretch into jeans (and even suits). My super stretchy Boss tapered jeans are the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn! Having a range of products in relaxed fit is also something that you don't see with a lot of brands, and is very useful for the more muscular man.

Finally, the customer service is very good and I have never struggled to get a response. I will probably be a lifelong customer if the brand stays like this.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I was bought a pair of swim shorts as a present at xmas. It was for a holiday in June and had surpassed any customer return dates admittedly. However, I have wore the shorts 4 times maximum and the logo is peeling off. You are sold the idea of a brand that is high quality when considering brands like hugo boss with the belief they are of good quality. I have bought budget supermarket shorts with more longevity. Terrible. The last HB item I will purchase. If I do receive any further HB items as gifts they will be returned. Shame on HB.

Short sighted unhelpful staff

I recently visited the Gunwharf Quays outlet. I had circa £600 worth of clothing picked out and ready to purchase. I also wanted some swim shorts but the only pair in the store in my size were on a mannequin. The staff refused to take these off the mannequin for me to purchase, so I left the store without purchasing anything. Very short sighted staff who simply could not be bothered.

Great products and improved service

I find there are so many positives with this brand -

The clothes fit brilliantly and are true to size, unlike many other designer brands - Where a large is a 7XL or something ridiculous?

There is a good range of sizing that caters for everyone.

The rebrand I was a bit unsure of at first, however, love some of the new items that have come out both in the Hugo and Boss ranges.

Most of all the time to receive items has improved massively. It used to take ages, however, now options whereby you can receive your order next day.

Overall, my favourite place to shop right now.

Poor customer service in Reading, Hugo Boss

We've bought a jaket that was quite expensive and was expecting a bag to put it in, from a Hugo Boss store in Reading/Berkshire. The staff was so ignorant and gave it without bothering to even explain that they don't have any type of bags,which was very weird. Out of professionalism and hight customer care and service for a high quality type of store, I believe a bag is always needed. Never happened to me, not even in a Primark store not to receive a bag to cary my stuff....the only bag they would offer was a small tiny bag that would fit cosmetics. They could've ask colleagues around to help us in a way. Definetly would be my last time shopping from there. 😠😠

Boss On Line Staff So Rude…

I have 5 pairs of Boss Jeans all a perfect fit. However the latest ones have bought are an inch longer. I used the Boss chat on was told this was within tolerance but could have them altered at my expense. The adviser then became very rude and finished off our chat with " Try to enjoy the rest of your day" Unfortunately I failed to sent chat to me email so you could see for yourself. I must have £1.5k worth of Boss clothing in my wardrobe but would never buy another thing

Great products

Great products but delivery could be faster, I think they send UK orders from overseas and for this reason, delivery is slower than other retailers of the brands they own.

My daughter gave me a gift card

My daughter gave me a gift card. I spoke to a Hugo Boss rep when I used the card on an order.

The order was never placed. Repeated calls to Hugo-Boss were painful but I was promised they would look into it. They never got back to for 4 months, then sent an email.

Very difficult to communicate with their customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE FROM HUGO-BOSS.

Worst online experience I have ever had.

They lie knowingly, and are rude about it.

Poor quality tights

Poor quality tights

I bought an expensive pair of Hugo boss woman’s tights.
I wore them on a flight to South Africa and when I arrived I noticed that it was completely bobbled ! I washed them and it came out even worse . In the bin 🗑

The worst customer service - do not risk it!!!!!

I was given a gift card for xmas for £200 which I discovered could not be used online (which most competitors do allow given the current level of online purchasing). When speaking to Hugo Boss they told me I could convert it to an online voucher; however they did not tell me 1) You have to use the voucher once, 2) you must have a balance of £25 once you have used the voucher 3) you cannot purchase items in a sale. Not great, I maybe could have asked these (but didnt feel the need to given we had already spent £200) but I felt they also could have told me. Anyway I continued to seek to purchase online. I made one purchase and had to return the goods, I was given a second voucher and this is when the problems really started.

When checking out the online voucher code would not work - the error code does not explain why. I contacted the customer care team amd had the following issues 1) they hardly ever answer the line, 2) the Livechat team message is always that they are not available.

When I finally managed to speak to the customer care team they really do not care! All I was told was that the voucher worked when they used it on the system and I should contact the Livechat team - no desire to help or resolve my issue (probably because with a voucher they already have your money) All they kept saying was "the voucher works for them on the system" and snet me screenshots. Following a number of emails and calls they then asked me to contact the Livechat team which whilst on the phone to them gave the message after 5 attempts that they were not available..... When they managed to get someone to answer the livechat they took control of my screen but could not resolve the issue and guess what told me the voucher works on their system - I was on the livechat for one hour and then needed to join a work meeting so had to end it. Issue still not resolved.

The Customer care team 1) do not care that as a customer I could not use a £200 voucher we had paid for 2) do not have the capability to resolve issues or an appreciation of the poor experience 3) Worst of all do not care about the customer and simply respond with emails with no resolution and that they cannot help - they would not issue another voucher, a refund or offer a alternative; after a week this specific issue is still not resolved by them as of 1/4/2022. Too simply offer me another voucher, or even a refund would have secured me as a customer for the future.

For a so called premium brand this is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered - I became so frustrated the communication became very poor and unprofessional by both parties - unfortunately based on my interaction with the customer "care" team I will never purchase another Hugo Boss Item again - I have been buying their clothes and accessories for many years!!!!!! this is a shame!

A very poor and unprofessional business - DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY

Dress shirt - great buy

Ordered a white dress shirt on 13/12/21, parcel arrived on 16/12/21, which was well packaged. Shirt is very good quality and the correct collar size, wore it to a Christmas Party at St. George's Park. Very pleased with ordering with no problems, communications were good via E-mails. Didn't have to contact Customer Services.

Very Poor service for a large company…

Very Poor service for a large company like Hugo Boss. Late delivery then delivered to wrong address. Phone line says due to the large number of calls cannot answer and to call back later. WhatsApp not working. I can see from the reviews I am not alone. If I had read them before I would not have ordered from them.

The sad thing is there is no response from Hugo Boss
