Terrible service

Terrible service

They take so long to come . They say 3 to 6 business days more like 15 . They sent me second hand clothes . Clearly someone had worn them and sent them back . Clearly no one checks them . Highly disappointed.. I had this 2 years ago and stopped ordering. Nothing had changed a disgrace

Horrible service

Horrible service.

Something that should have been so simple has left me annoyed and bewildered! The 10% off code they sent me doesnt work in any browser and after multiple unhelpful exchanges they just plainly have told me that it should work. I went from wanting to order £2000 worth of suits/trousers to going to Ted Baker instead. Good job everyone involved over a 10% off voucher.

Ordered a belt directly from them

Ordered a belt directly from them. Took 6 days to get here from Germany. Turned up the wrong length completely after what they advised and their customer service don't respond to emails. Wouldn't use them again for anything. Found the same belt on Amazon for £16 cheaper and comes 4 days earlier. No brainer really.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered 13th Jan the order has been sitting in Frankfurt since the 14th Jan even though the Hugo Boss website said my order arrive din the UK on the 15th. What a poor company for such expensive items. I want my refund NOW!!! not my problem the order is "on its way" that is your problem. Isn't this equal to theft??

Absolutley terrible

Absolutley terrible, when placing an order it was due in 2-5 working days.
When I questioned why it hadn't arrived I was told it's due to Brexit. That's fine, as it hasn't left please cancel.
On chasing my cancellation I was then told it's not possible to cancel...but it still hasn't left the warehouse and I asked and am still asking for it to be cancelled.

Was told by a live chat agent I need to call the number again.

Do yourself a favour, find your boss items elsewhere like Amazon or somewhere that know how to provide a service

P.s still no mention of a refund and its 10 days now since cancelling

Utterly useless customer service

I really do not know where to start! I was trying to buy two pairs of jeans for my partner. I initially tried on my iPhone via the app and every time I got to the checkout stage and input my credit card details the transaction fell over but when I checked my credit card the amount was showing as pending. I tried this again with a different card and it did it again! I then use my iPad and you Safari exactly the same happened and another card was blocked! But the app and a safari site showed three orders being processed. So I left it a day or two as by then there are only three pairs of jeans in the size that my partner wanted and this was now zero as there were three orders pending which effectively meant the jeans had sold out. I then tried again via my MacBook and exactly the same problem occurred! I eventually managed to get the order through. When I telephone to complain it took me 25 minutes to explain to some Indian man did not understand me what happened. He lied to me! He admitted there was a problem with the app on the online system and also with some kind of payment system I think it was called Klama! Never once did he apologise and he was unable to solve my problem only did was admit that there were serious problems with their online systems. He failed to offer me any compensation for blocking free my credit cards so I made a complaint he then responded saying we had a fruitful conversation I don’t know what this gentleman‘s definition of the word fruitful is but I looked up the meaning of this word in the dictionary. I will leave you to decide whether the above no apology and no offer a compensation was a fruitful conversation. The story continues I now wish to return the order and have just spent an hour and five attempts trying to fill in the online form to ask a question on how I am supposed to return the items now that we are in teir 4 lockdown and my partner is forbidden by law to travel to the UPS drop-off point which is a mile and a half away! The online form fell over five times and I’m unable to get the message through so I have to sit on the telephone again tomorrow no doubt for another hour to try to resolve this matter. I have used Hugo Boss for the last 30 years and I have spent many thousands of pounds on their clothes but never never never again. The customer service is appalling, the technology is hopeless and frankly the quality of the clothing has dramatically declined. My advice to anyone reading this is never to buy anything online. No doubt Hugo Boss will respond to this coming up with all sorts of claptrap. It drives me utterly insane when I have this kind of trouble with retailers yet the second I leave a bad review their of defending themselves within about eight hours of the review being posted. Do me a favour Hugo Boss do not respond to this just sort out your systems and sack whoever is in charge of your IT and customer service you are a disgrace!!!!!

My American friend and I recently visited the Cheshire Oaks store with a view of purchasing my friend some new jeans.
Sadly there was not his size and style available.
However, I would like to compliment the young man that assisted us.
OLIVER was polite, professional, helpful and friendly and showed us excellent customer service.

I have never been a designer fashion…

I have never been a designer fashion mug,but when I heard of Hugo boss suing companies I thought I would investigate. I went into one of their stores to see how good they are.What a joke. I've never seen so much overpriced,rubbish quality,designer clothing in my entire life. It was the only shop with no one in there,apart from four stuck up staff, probably on minimum wage and a zero hours contract. Now I know the founder was a member of the nazi party,that explains there bullying attitude.You have shot yourselves in the foot Hugo Boss. You will not boss me into parting with my money. Any one who loves Nazis,bullies and like spending hundreds of pounds on poor quality goods go ahead. Not for me.

Great!

Honestly, this website is great. I ordered a few belts and hoodies and ordering the packages where easy. The clothing and belts came in pristine condition with no creases.

Do not buy onek coat

Do not buy onek coat. Press studs are weak hood comes of easily now has been lost didn’t even feel it come off. For £500+ would expect better quality.
