Received a defective product and customer service has been a headache. I have provided proof from day one, including photos, videos, and all of the information requested. Despite that, it has now been 6 days of back and forth with no actual resolution.
The issue is clearly with the product, and I have been more than cooperative in trying to help them understand and verify the problem. Instead of resolving it, I keep getting delayed responses and offers that do not actually fix the item. At this point, I just want the defective product properly replaced or corrected.
Very frustrating experience overall, especially considering I provided everything they needed immediately. Customer service should not make a simple defective product issue this difficult.

Frustrating instructions and no one to help on the weekend.
UPDATE: So I have to say, once Monday rolled around they contacted me to resolve the issue. Apparently the main issue is they don't have anyone that can help on the weekends. They have been very accommodating since then and have checked in many times to make sure everything is working well. Although it was a pain to not have anyone to help over the weekend, I have to admit they have gone above and beyond since then to make things right.

Everything perfect I would like to say that I received it within the time scale that you advertised within 7 days infact probably within 5 days and my only concern at the time was the understanding of wether it was coming from UK or US and wether there was going to be a tax to pay and then when I did not hear a delivery date I was slightly concerned but you have been brilliant at keeping in touch and resolving my silly concerns also just to let you know the Chair is fantastic!!

Great Quality - Great Customer Service
Very rarely have I had a good experience buying furniture online, colour differences, poor finishing etc. I've ended up keeping things I wasn't pleased with simply to avoid the cost and inconvenience of returning them. However, my Hulala experience was faultless. The table I purchased exceeded all my expectations, amazing quality, solid and the online images and description were very accurate. I had a minor issue with the delivery being split into two packages, with the second arriving a day later. But the speed, empathy and level of great customer service I received (from Chase) was very impressive, especially over a Bank Holiday weekend.
