HEY Credit Union Reviews 

I am a person who is unable to save money and always seem to earn it but never have any to spend!! This service has been a huge benefit to me. It was very simple to set up, staff were easily contactable if needed and I was very impressed with how straight forward the transfer of fund was when I requested them. I will definitely be continuing next year with a higher monthly saving rate.

I applied for a loan and savings account a while back, except from the email to upload documents and a hard search on my credit file. I have not had any response or communications from them.

So I assume I was unsuccessful and in turn means denied a savings account. I like their idea of a community driven bank, but shame they don't communicate when you apply to them.

Staff are friendly, approachable and professional. Easy and simple to become a member of credit union. Very reliable and honest service and always do what they say they will. Always efficient and nothing is to much bother. I would definitely recommend HEY credit union to anyone who is interested in the services they offer.

Great for Christmas savers as you can't touch the money all year until November, fantastic if you have trouble saving !

Excellent and m9nry always transfered quickly . When contacted hey credit union was always very helpful.

Simple and easy to set up an account and save for Christmas each month. Even easier to get my savings out in time for a shopping trip!

I could put in as much as I wanted each week. It was safely out of sight and mind and because it can't be withdrawn ad-lib, I knew I had something to draw out in time for Christmas.
I'm doing it again this year.

Staff at Goole branch are helpful, friendly and supportive. Great to have a knowledgeable, local banking facility for Friends of West Park, who understand our needs as a small community group of volunteers. We moved from a large bank who lacked the personal touch and don't regret the decision.

To all the people which are career in the United kingdom if you are having trouble with financial and trouble getting the right help with your benefits. If you have a cardit union around you give the team a call because after 11 years of being turned down by everyone and my bank which I have been with 30 years I got the help from the cardit union my name is David roberts and have had the trust put back in me so don't worry about things like I have over the past 11 years just give the cardit union a call

Credit union is fantastic, anything from loans to Christmas savings accounts ect is fantastic and the staff all go that extra mile to be friendly professional and helpful and all times, they all work very hard but special mentions to Sarah Hanson at Bridlington branch, and Lauren Walsh at the hull branch both absolute fantastic thanks for all your help and information all the time too.

Saving with the Credit Union is a lifesaver ! I use the Christmas Saver which is great for me as I'm terrible at saving and this does not allow me to withdraw funds until November so its fabulous to have money for Christmas . The Grimsby team are friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Also the £25 bonus in the first year is amazing and a great incentive to join. i fully recommend saving with this group.

Trying to withdraw funds from your account online is very very confusing. I'm just going round in circles as there are no clear instructions as far as I can see that make it easy.
It's very frustrating, the website isn't easy to navigate at all. All i want to do is withdraw some christmas funds and it's like Krypton Factor...!!! Not happy

I am very grateful to Patrick at the Scunthorpe branch who helped me with my application in branch and Matthew who processed my application. The whole process went smoothly and was approved quickly. I had never heard of a credit union until I looked online but so pleased I found out about the services they offer. I will certainly recommend to friends and family.

Jo and Sarah at the Goole branch are very helpful and always very polite when I need help with either a loan or setting up Christmas saver. I cannot fault the way they work in here

Just amazing! I have been with HEYCU for a number of years now and they have been great. Applied for loan for a trip away, they couldn’t have done more to make sure I received the money in time. Cannot recommend enough :)

Matthew has been absolutely fantastic over the last few weeks helping me consolidate my finances. At one of the hardest times in my life he offered full support and active listening and was very efficient throughout.

He remained open and honest about options available to me, and maintained contact throughout my process.
