I was very unhappy with service provided! I with my 3 grandsons ordered a cap for my husband, their Papa! I placed the order May 27th with the understanding that the item would be here by Father's day! That did not happen! When it finally arrived, much to the distress of me and my grandsons it was very poor quality! I will never spend money with this company again!

Cheap Chinese Junk! Poor Quality hat I ever say! Feels like paper. Poor Workmanship! My grandchildrens names cannot be read in some cases because they are so small and faded. I would not have given $2.50 for this junk. Asking Congress for a law that states manufactures have to state where they are located. People are being cheated and China is reaping the profit.

Very disappointed
Make their products out of better material. The hat I got was basically trash and had strings coming out of it. And they also only gave me $10 back when I asked for a refund. I will not purchase from them ever again very very disappointed.

Better shipping box
I liked the print, but the front of the hat was very hard and did to the bag shipment it received a pretty good crease along the top. And have not been able to remove it completely even after a cold water wash and light tumble. The print is very nice, my son Loved it.

Nowhere on the website did it state that it came from China. I thought I was supporting a United States company. Because it came from a foreign country, It couldn’t be tracked well and it went to the very last minute to be delivered on time.
Also, for the price, I would’ve expected a better quality product.
