Horrible experience
Horrible experience, took far to long for them to respond. Came to the wrong address three times, totally incorrect order and utterly no customer response just threw a bag at us and left with his friend in the cab. Avoid at all costs.

50 mins late and cold fries and burger.
I ordered from Malmö a burger joint. 10 mins from our home. With saving 40 procent on delivery, we went on with it instead of picking it up. I called. 18.35 first time and the restaurant told us that they have giving the delivery guy the food 18:17. Two calls later where the restaurant explained that they had nothing with the delivery service and they already tried to contact them. around 19:00 the delivery guy called and told us if we could come and meet up with him instead of him going into our port. Then fine, I just wanted our food so we could move on. Then the guy doesnt even apologize and says that dont worry we have heated the car so the food isnt even cold. When I explained the restaurant had said the food was ready over 45 mins ago, the guy said that they were lying. I went inside in frustration and sat down with my familiy who experienced the most cold fries ever and a burger that was so dry and cold because of the waiting time. Hungrig.se is a serious joke and I would never recommend this service for anybody who wants their food other than ice cold. I called the restaurant back and told them my experience and they thanked me because they actually have thought about stopping the co operation with hungrig.se.
