I received my band today ,had no problem connecting to phone ,I am very pleased with band.

Although the provided earphones didn't work well, the device itself does when I fitted it with a better quality set of 'phones. I like it: it's good.

I have received goods but does not work as described, I have tried contacting company twice no reply, They only give you 14 days to return, It say they reply within 48 hours. Look like I’ve lost £42.00

It’s the wrong size but cannot find how to send it back so complete waste of money

Unfortunately, returned an item as it looked clearly too small. Unable to exchange as per their policy. Advised a "restocking fee" was removed from the refund as was in their terms and conditions. This amounted to approx 30% of the purchase price. Awaiting further refund prior to ombudsman referral.

Bought a PS4 duelshock controller. Waited 3 weeks for delivery from Asia, sent the wrong item, and when it did the controller was faulty, acted on its own accord and had a loose trigger.
Checked the website and they don’t sell them or ever have.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Only set up in 2021. Horrendous company.
(All their response says they can’t find you on their system - joke)

Shocking.
Firstly the product was sent from Asia and took almost three weeks to arrive. Then when it did, they sent the wrong product. And then it started falling apart after two wears.
Customer service replied once to say they were looking into it but disappeared. If you want your money to do the same then definitely buy from this company.

I ordered 3 smart watches and a RC car! I am a returning customer and I love the selection of gifts on the website. The dog coat I recently purchased has already fallen apart. The zip has come off and there are a few tips in the fabric after my dog has only worn it a handful of times

Placed order on 4th Dec 2020. Delivery promised within 5-14 working days. I write this on 19th Feb 2021 and still no delivery despite emails to chase and being given different tracking numbers and promises of imminent arrival.

Fits absolutely beautifully, soft, warm and extremely comfortable for our 7 month old puppy and more than happy with quality of the harness
