Don't buy their items, you'll lose money instantly! I still haven't received my items, they're good at ignoring your emails and making claims they've delivered them. Their proof of receipts doesn't show who delivered it. All of the 1-star reviews listed are true, they've experienced the same issues as I have.

Despite being warned there would be delays due to the obvious reasons, which is perfectly acceptable, the item came in good time, a good week before I had anticipated.
Would definitely shop here again. The product is just as advertised for around ten pounds less than I could find it anywhere else.

Our customer service team has replied to you, stating the delivery times,
And it is not a bogus email, our customer service team receive a lot of emails a day, so you need to wait patiently and you will be replied to via email, customer service team and trust pilot team are two different teams.
We believe this review should not have been posted as we are within our times stated on our website to get back to our customers.

absolutely awful. The item was faulty and they would allow me to return it without paying £20! The item only cost £46 😡 terrible customer service.

Don't order from them
Don't order from them. They do not stick to the sales of goods act. Our item took a month to deliver and they refused a refund. All you can deal with is an anonymous email address. AVOID.

BEWARE Fakes with false advertising
BEWARE. Fakes with false advertising. The item profiles on this website claim to be official items but are instead cheap knock offs at the higher genuine item price. We purchased a PS4 controller, the description and pictures claimed to be an official PS4 Dualshock controller. However we were sent a cheap, fake knock off "Doubleshock" controller. Returns are charged a £3.99 restocking fee and postage is not refunded. This is ridiculous for an online shop in todays times. We thought we would give lesser known companies a chance, but we'll go back to supporting reliable Amazon until they take over the world...

Always check the online company's Facebook, Twitter, Pin Interest and other icons work when you click on them, this help to determine if they are a fake site or not. Also, check the reviews before you buy, but do it on Google not on their site. I got caught out with another company like this. Hope this helps..

Parcel has yet to arrive
Parcel has yet to arrive despite lots of "thank you for your patience " emails.
I have started a chargeback claim with my bank....
Hungry Bargains did refund me for the (still) missing parcel but I still wasn't happy with the communication - all seemed a bit automated.
Anyway, don't be too put off as the speed of the refund does tend to indicate this was an honest courier problem

Hi Ian, not sure why you have written a bad review as we have already provided you with a reason for the delay and we have provided you with a full refund on 30/01/2021. Apologies for any inconveniences caused but this was out of our control and was the fault of the courier company.
Terrible service and difficult to communicate
Terrible response when I raised the issue of not receiving the parcel when they put their confirmation that they have. Despite I’m in lockdown and can’t go anywhere and no postage delivered to me on that day. They still insisted they have with no validation and willing to give solutions.
They have multiple different email addresses with co.U.K. And .com web addresses, be aware.
