Cameron a staff member was very polite and helpful, and payton another member of staff was very accommodating and lovely.

Visited The Mount Pleasant in Coventry on 27/06/26. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The food we ordered arrived swiftly. It was well presented and tasted lovely.
The pub was was very quiet but I think that's more due to the hot weather and the football later in the evening as have been other times and it has been busy.
Thank you to the staff for serving the food and drinks politely and with a smile even though it was very hot.

We had a brilliant experience in Sherwood Manor. Our waitress Carri was lovely and very helpful.

Food was good staff lovely.
Hotest day of the year so far and there was no air con. No doors open (little windows yes) the sweat was dripping off us while we were trying to eat. The poor staff were so hot but kept smiling and borrowed our fans as a couple of us bought little portable ones. Its so not acceptable making staff work in those conditions. And trust me if the weather is that hot again we will be cancelling. Please think of ur customers trying to go out and have a nice night. And your staff for coping in conditions like that.

Nice location garden for the children, excellent parking and even now car charging points. Unfortunately when you go in, it’s uninviting. The whole place needs a good clean. The seats are sticky. The tables are sticky. The menus are sticky. The food was okay, it was average pub grub. Which would expect.
The toilets were great and the member of staff Cameron tried really hard and was very enthusiastic. All in all we didn’t feel like we are having a family dinner, there were 10 of us, and this was because the place was a bit icky.

Great service but the food was a bit over cooked for my liking and it costs more then I thought as the salmon cost more then the deal that was on today If there was a drink included it would of been better dessert was delicious but I felt that the sweet potato fry’s was overcooked and the salmon tasted like it was cooked too long but all n all not bad will definitely go again location perfect the pub was a bit dirty as my original table was not cleaned it was covered in salt and sticky residue from the drinks from earlier so I had to move tables but when I sat down there was food on the floor a bit dated but a pleasant pub and the ice cream was delicious with my desert x

We visited the Warren/Hungry horse in Kettering yesterday and had a very pleasant evening there.
Bar staff/ waitresses were very friendly. They accepted changes to their menu, like deleting some items and adding another. There were four of us and all agreed the food was very good and the prices reasonable

The service was great! The korean BBQ burger was a top tier burger. Taste was beautiful. Ehmma was a great server

i went to the hungry horse in bagshot and it was honestly extremely disappointing. i ordered the hand carved beef roast, apple crumble, and sticky toffee pudding. the beef was cut with the grain so it was rough and chewy and it was overcooked so it was dry. the broccoli was overcooked and also chewy. the apple crumble came with custard that was clearly from a can or carton and the apple crumble itself tasted synthetic. the sticky toffee pudding was nauseatingly sweet and came with an abundance of custard (strange pairing) but the actual cake itself was good. and we sat in the garden so the service was awful; we got told we had to grab our own cutlery, our own seasoning/condiments, and our own napkins, which i thought was weird but it’s fine i get it. when our server came outside after we finished our roasts we
told her it was great and we said thank you and we got a rude ‘mhm’ back. not to mention she didn’t come to check up on us ONCE during the whole meal. i was severely disappointed and will not be coming back.

food was amazing, service was great, atmosphere was lovely as always, but was immensely hot in there so air con installation is ideal.

The waiter, Mason at Mount Pleasant and other staff on duty were very brilliant and courteous.

Staff are always very pleasant especially Hayley on reception and Adene at breakfast plus another lady name not known.
Food is served quickly and hot and substantial.
Busy and popular pub.
