Lovely shoes, had an issue with the buckle which was investigated swiftly by the customer service team and resolved. I was kept up to date throughout.

Sent wrong size in correct size box. Returns are not a simply process and while I did receive the refund this all took too much time.

The shoes I ordered were beautiful but a touch too small and they didnt have the next size up in stock but it was extremely easy to return and the customer service team were brilliant at keeping me up to date with my refund.

My heel got wounded from wearing the loafer. I only used it for one day. I tried to return it because it was extremely uncomfortable. The material at the back of the shoe is so stiff. They didn’t replace it, saying the cause "looks like use." Just one day—and my foot ended up full of wounds. I’m never buying from them again. If you’re looking for comfort, this brand’s loafer is not the one.

Poor Quality products and even poorer customer service. Dont make our mistake and purchase any product from this company.

A return process handled well, with a little chasing, although a shame the first pair was despatched in the first place as clearly leather was blemished and a loose thread where sole and leather met. Will try again when refund issued.

Return fee was £19.83 which will NOT BE REFUNDED. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED & DISSAPPOINTED WITH THEIR TOTAL LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER FOR A 'MADE IN INDIA' ITEM. SUCH A SHAME YET ANOTHER BRITISH COMPANY GONE DOWN HILL.
MANY THANKS HUSH PUPPIES REFUNDED MY OTIS SHOES & ALSO GAVE ME THE ORIGINAL £12 SAVINGS OFF. I DID NOT GET THE £19.83 RAPID POSTAL CHARGE BACK BUT HAPPY THE RE-ISSUE ONES HAVE NO DEFECTS. I'M GLAD THEY ARE GOING TO LOOK INTO THEIR QUALITY CONTROL & SUPPLY ISSUES. I THINK THE ISSUE WAS WITH GARDINER LEATHER WHOLESALE LTD WHO DESPATCHED THE PREVIOUS ONES WITHOUT EVEN A BASIC VISUAL CHECK PRIOR TO DISPATCH.
SO THANKS TO HUSH PUPPIES LTD FOR ACTING QUICK TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM .

Second pair as first pair did not fit to narrow the second delivery arrived the box absolutely smashed to bits shoes out of the box

Just bought a size 11 pair of Hush Puppies Christopher Trainers. They are too narrow and robust and not what I come to expect from Hush Puppies. Couldn't wear them for more than twenty minutes before going back to my old Puppies. I'm so disappointed.

Great shoes, terrible slippers. I have a pair of navy brogues which I love the look of and they are incredibly comfortable. Five star shoes!
However, I bought some Annie slippers which are no good at all and not fit for purpose. The sole sticks to the carpet. Last week, this caused me to fall badly. I cannot consider wearing them again. Therefore they are no use. I emailed Hush Puppies direct who say they’ve been quality checked. This does not help me. I have had other, cheaper slippers which have not done this.
Very disappointing.

Bought a pair of Hush Puppies off ShoeStation Direct, VAT number: GB 927765971 shoes size on them reads UK 10 but way to loose for me more like a size 11, Will be returning in the morning for a refund and I was looking forward to a new pair of shoes today :( ,
HUSH PUPPIES are selling their mens shoes with wrong sizes on them.

Way too big, needed to send back! Niles should be purchased a size smaller or half.
Loved everyday-lace fit - sad because they’re like wearing a glove. Attempted to look for similar ..not sure if HP’s still got it ?

I'm very happy with both the pairs of shoes that I ordered online. They are very comfortable, well made and perfect for work.
I did have to contact customer services, as I had an issue with the address, but this was sorted very efficiently and the shoes still arrived on time.
Great service, and would definitely order again.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of the Hush puppies Sleeper, which I bought for 6000 PKR. Within just 19 days of use, the product has already shown signs of damage.

For a brand like Hush puppies, I expected a much better quality and durability. The sleeper's performance was satisfactory initially, but its short lifespan has left me feeling cheated.

I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially considering its premium price point. Hush puppies needs to improve their quality control and ensure that their products can withstand regular use.

Bought a pair of there sandals £38, the cut of the straps meant everytime I walked in them the heel pushed out so
I WAS WALKING on the inside edge of the sandal. The customer service rep said because I did,nt buy them of their site I had to go to the shop I bought them from.
Unlucky me.

I initially ordered a pair of shoes, but received a smaller size. I gave them away to a family member to avoid the hassle of returning them. I then ordered a pair of boots for £80, but after wearing them once, I noticed that the inside back of the shoes was unstable, which is unacceptable for boots costing £80. I disputed this with customer service, and unfortunately, they confirmed that they cannot offer a refund or replacement. I am extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing them, but now I am left with no choice but to throw them away. Very poor experience overall!!
