pure service and reclamation
the order was going Quick, 3-4 work days shipmed, but after starting problems.. the delivery time was going more as 3-4 weeks:( after my many mails with Customer service, we get a solutions and possibility od early delivery after 2 weeks.
after unpacking we find broken part. now starting reclamation, but of course no solutions, only small money offer. The furniture dressoir cost over 480€ and th8s pure service

Wrong product and unprofessional client service
I ordered a heavy table from them and paid someone to bring it upstairs. When we opened and assembled it, we realized that it is 20cm smaller than what it should be. Contacted them several times and i told them that i cannot pay for a lift again to bring the table downstairs and bring a new one upstairs and they should take care of it. Then, they sent only one person without any lift to take care of it and i am like, seriously?!!! At the end, after many calls and emails, i decided to pay someone and bring the table downstairs and return the product. I found their attitude very unprofessional and will not recommend this shop at all.
