Very good experience with this company. I purchased a tracked dumper. Alex was very polite and easy to deal with. There was a slight delay due to it being a bank holiday but they got the item to me at the earliest opportunity. From the other end of the country.

Came across HWB Car Parts by chance looking for a Hyundai lawnmower. We were slightly taken aback being asked to suggest a price but so glad we did. Customer service and delivery has far exceeded our expectations order was placed late Tuesday and it arrived safely on Thursday at lunchtime. We would definitely shop again with HWB and highly recommend.

Customer Service have sadly let this company down. The £500 mower I purchased in April ‘22 failed to start, so I enquired at a local machinery company.

They discovered that the bolts holding the pulley cord which started the engine were not tightened effectively which caused the recoil to malfunction.

A cost of £41 ensured that a new cord was installed, tightening of the bolts and testing the faulty mower was paid by myself.

I contacted the Customer Services department a number of times by phone leaving messages and 3 emails. I finally received a reply from Alex the Sales Manager stating that “I should have sent the mower back to them for them to investigate”.

The cost and time would have been out of the question as the postage alone would have been vast (even if HWB would have paid this, the time would have been rather costly).

I replied that the lack of customer service has been noted and the small cost to putting the defective mower back to use was disappointing to receive such a “blinkered response”.

I am writing this for future customers to be aware of the logistical and geographical limitations that HWB are placing on you…the customer.

Alex was most helpful in identifying the correct Hyundai generator for my requirements and ran through everything thoroughly, ensuring that it had enough power and not too much which is equally as important.

Hyundai shredder/chipper: A really strong and well made product at a good price.

After a negotiation over price, I must admit I was apprehensive as I've never dealt with a company allowing customers to 'make an offer', but it is all legit. Superfast delivery, product exactly what I wanted at the cheapest price I could find. Well done HWB Car Parts
