great service and communication highly recommended.

I had problems with getting updates and information re my Hyundai weed and field strimmer.
After screaming, I was contacted by a manager, Rob.
He was so apologetic and apologised profusely at the way I had been treated.
He promised not to rest until the problem was resolved.
He sounded like a great guy to me.
He said my treatment was inexcusable and partly due to some new staff and delays at docks but he said this was no excuse but he had been on vacation and was now on top of this.
He expedited my delivery and insisted of giving me a bit more discount which I was not after but welcomed it with open arms.
I got my strimmer today after a screw up by TNT after missing a hub connection but that was out of Rob's control.
I got the strimmer rinning this evenibg and it works like a dream.
I take back all I said in my last review as they and Rab have redeemed themselves 100% in my book.
I will use them when ever I need somerhing they handle.
10 out of 10 to them all.

Recently brought the hyundia 150 ltr compressor from these guys, was so easy to deal with, with fast replies to emails and live chat. The compressor is amazing and us exactly what I needed. Would buy again 100%

Was offered a new chipper at a good reduced price when the one I'd ordered was not available. Good communication via phone and email.
The item's box was slightly battered when it arrived. But its an industrial item so I'm not concerned by a few scuffs.
The kit itself looks impressive and started on the first pull.

I never leave reviews but you guys need special praise, there was a delay with our delivery (no fault of yours) you worked hard to resolve and then sent us a gift to say sorry and a genuine and kind letter. I really feel you cared and that is exceptional, so thank you and keep up the good work!

I bought a Hyundai Hyundai HYM510SPE 20" Petrol Lawnmower and a Hyundai HYTR60LI cordless grass trimmer. There were some challenges with availability as demand was high. Both machines are well designed and well built. The lawnmower is a good solid machine that copes with my lumpy garden and cuts long wet grass with ease

I purchased a Hyundai P1PE P6220 Chainsaw and very was very happy with it, until unfortunately on 2nd day of use the recoil pull cord snapped. However, a quick call to customer services, resulted in the speedy dispatch of a replacement part and the machine was soon back in service.
All in all It's an excellent machine and great value for money and the customer service was there and effective when required.

I purchased a product from the website that was out of stock - Rob was quick to contact me offering me alternative options and once I chose, he progressed these to conclusion very quickly. All on a bank holiday!

Unfortunately due to the current pandemic my order wasn’t fulfilled on time although I was willing to wait. Due to this problem HWB car parts couldn’t do enough to compensate me I was dealing with Rob who took time to personally deal with my order I was offered a refund or an alternative products at discounted prices, Rob kept me regularly updated which was very reassuring as many companies are unwilling to maintain contact.Rob did resolve my problem of which I’m highly delighted I was then contacted personally regarding delivery everything went perfectly.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough and would encourage any person or company to purchase any of their products. As I didn’t have a large order I was still given the same high standard and courtesy afforded to large companies not only did I receive my product on time I was then provided with after care through a delegated person to deal with any problems I may encounter.

I ordered just £10 worth of kit from these guys and received an email explaining their stock position and offering me numerous options as to how they could deal with it - I replied and had a thank you response and then a phone call following delivery.

Recently bought a Hyundai 2000i portable generator online. Before purchase I spoke to several of the gents particularly the sales manager working at the store who were really helpful with the product, manufacturing and availability etc. Delivery was via Courier and arrived on the B/H. Very impressed with the attitude and helpfulness of all concerned and would be happy to recommend this company for prospective buyers.

Customer Service was second to none, there was an issue with my order but it was put right with no issues and no drama.

Would happily recommend and use again.

Though they didn't have my item in stock after I'd purchased it, every effort was made to source a replacement but unfortunately had to settle for a refund which was promptly made.
