Had been looking online for a while for a new lawn mower, quoted prices basically all the same. Some don't deliver to this part of the world and others charge a fortune. (We are only 7 miles from Aberdeen)
Eventually found HWB Car Parts and lo and behold not only do they deliver but also free of charge. Not only that but they were prepared to offer a discount. No brainer and we clinched a deal. It is snowing here at the moment so haven't had the chance to use mower but have no doubt it will do exactly what I need it for.

Wood chipper is a Hyundai HCYC1500E-2. Assembly was fairly straightforward and so far it’s performed as expected. Got through three builder’s bags of cuttings in about an hour - now have a decent amount of mulch! I would recommend.

The staff are extremely helpful and, though I am generally clueless when I go in there, they are endlessly patient and never patronising! In all my transactions with them, I have found they go above and beyond to give excellent customer service.

After a nightmare customer service experience elsewhere, I was able to get the product I was after from HWB, along with full, friendly advice on all aspects of the purchase. I waited 3 weeks without a dispatch or an answer from the previous company I'd ordered from. I was beginning to give up on being able to obtain it at all, as this was the experience from the larger company.

In contrast, when I reached out to HWB, they reassured me, replying to my enquiry within an hour, talked me through the sourcing of the product, and had it with me next day.

The price was great, packaging comprehensive and product works just as expected. I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

I ordered a whacked plate which was going to be delivered in 3-5 working days however I have now found that the product actually isn’t available which would of been handy to have known prior.

Good service in the end ordered a mower turned out to be out of stock no correspondence until i contacted Hwb , then they resolved the issue very quickly by offering me a replacement and a good discount 👍.

A bit of confusion over delivery, but this was resolved. Hwb were more than helpful ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

Great service and communication, let down by stock availability incorrectly stated on the website.
I needed a mower and new hedge cutter, after a lot of searching I found HWBs site where there was the mower with the features I wanted as a refurbed unit and importantly, it was in budget. An IT issue with the site meant the refurbished mower I wanted I was no longer available, but Rob made some alternative suggestions and gave me a good deal on a new unit. Unfortunately the new unit was a lower spec so I lost some of the features I wanted. Once agreed Rob arranged shipping and I had both units the next day by FedEx undamaged and ready for operation. Love the mower but I haven't used the hedge cutter yet
