My experience from start to finish was fantastic. Hugo and all the staff was really nice and very professional, they made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Communication was fast and precise. I was nervous but Hugo and the team but my mind to ease and done everything for me, including travel arrangements and hotel stay. It was of the highest quality and everything had a feel of class to it. I would definitely recommend HWT to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. Thanks again Hugo and team.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Hugo and his team were highly professional and made the process very easy. Picked up by Adem at the airport and taken to hotel and even helped me check in. Surgery day was picked up again and take to the clinic. The procedure was explained in detail and then I was given local anaesthetic and the entire surgery was completely painless. Literally didn’t feel a thing throughout. Even had a break for a great lunch after the harvesting process before implantation. Took around 5 hours in total and post op was taken back to the hotel and great care was taken by the driver again assisting me in and out of the car. Picked up the next day and taken for the first wash and then driven to the airport to catch flights home with plenty of time to spare.
Over a week since the transplant and hair is looking great. Eager to see the results go from strength to strength in the coming months !! Thanks so much to all the wonderful team at HWT !! Absolutely world class #teamhugo

I have received 5 star treatment from HWT Clinic! I was initially very apprehensive about getting a hair transplant and was quite nervous about the procedure. From landing in Turkey, I was completely looked after by HWT Clinic. The driver collected me from the airport and took me to the hotel. I was collected in the morning where I met the team and underwent the pre op procedures. The sedation really helped as before I knew it was woken up and given a meal with the procedure being complete. The staff were brilliant and I had 24 hour support from Hugo who checked in with me often. This made me feel like I was a priority and he assured I could contact him with any issues.
My flight home was cancelled by the airline and I informed Hugo who put me at ease and said he could change the times of my first wash and check up to suit me if required.
I was very impressed with the whole experience and I am hopeful that the long term results will be amazing.

When I'm there I don't have a clue what's going to happen, was so nervous, but all the colleagues who work there makes me so comfort and extra care.
The whole process took around 6 hours, I'm not feeling that much pain, everything they did smoothly and nicely.
I have to thank full to all the colleagues work there.

Don’t usually write reviews but thought this is certainly worthy of one. After finding these guys online and the initial contact with Hugo it was all made so simple. All I had to do was find flights, once I had some dates in mind I sent them through to make sure they would work with HWT once approved flights booked and the rest was sorted.

Turned up on 26th March at the airport where I was greeted with Adem the driver, again very professional. He dropped me to the hotel which was 5* and checked me all in.

Following morning got picked up and straight to the clinic (about 15 mins away) was greeted by Hugo and team and straight to work with tests etc then in getting started on the procedure. I didn’t feel a thing and they are constantly checking on you and if you are comfortable which again puts your mind at ease.

Then bandaged up and back to the hotel for the night. Final day I went down had breakfast picked up again by Adem and to the clinic for the first wash. After that dropped back to the airport and on my way back to UK 🇬🇧

Would definitely recommend to anybody thinking of having it done and I’m looking forward to seeing what the results are like in coming months.

The whole process from start to finish ran like clockwork. I cannot fault the process in any way. Hugo was very friendly and extremely efficient in answering any questions I had. Communication was top tier.

I originally had my procedure done in 2019. I spent about 2-3 months researching different hair transplant clinics in Turkey. I was able to narrow it down to about the top three after speaking with several agents from each. HWT stood out the most as they were extremely professional and our conversations inspired trust. Hugo was my rep and he was honest, sincere, and friendly. The process was so smooth, no hassles, and all of my expectations were blown away. I had the most amazing experience with HWT and would recommend them to everyone.

Great clinic with great service. Go above and beyond for customers and they even opened the clinic up out of normal working hours to suit our flight. Painless, professional and modern procedure. Would highly recommend.

I recently visited HWT Clinic. I was very anxious about travelling to a foreign country to have this procedure done, but the anxiety was not necessary as the service I received was superb.
The airport transfers were laid on with good cars, and drivers are always on time, they know your details and ask who you are, some even showed me a screenshot of myself which goes a long way.

The hotel was 5*. I stayed at the Titanic Hotel, nice friendly staff and good food, comfy bed and a very nice room indeed. I cannot fault it.

HWT Clinic is as good as anything in the UK I am sure. They have someone for every job, access control on every entrance door, colour coded uniforms, complement staff and are very polite, they don't rush you at all, do ask any questions. Some of the staff only speak broken English but always ask questions to Hugo if they cannot understand you. Hugo (Clinic contact and translator) is always on hand to translate for yourself or the staff, he speaks very good English, so you're never left unsure about anything. He's always available on WhatsApp at all times of the day and evening.
The service is very good, I highly recommend it.
I travelled alone, too. Never even had an operation before nevermind had one abroad!
Now I just need to follow the guidelines to do everything as instructed to give the follicles the best start possible.
Be brave, you are in good hands, just do it!

10/10, from my first contact off Hugo (HWT) sending me a video of what to do and where to go to meet my ride when leaving Istanbul airport, to the dropping back off at the airport after my surgery, every single thing was planned, they have done it thousands of times and it tells.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone from the uk or anywhere else thinking of getting a hair transplant, they are superb.

I was initially apprehensive because there were so many clinics that offered the hair transplant treatment in Istanbul.

I'm very thankful I went to HWT.

From start to finish everything was so professional.

Prior to leaving the UK Hugo from HWT got in touch (WhatsApp) and provided a detailed video as to who was picking me up at the airport and where exactly I should go. Hugo was a godsend, as I had so many questions which were answered immediately.

After being picked up you are taken to a five star hotel which is around an hour away from the airport.

The following day you are picked up and taken to the clinic at around 8am. Hugo met me in the reception area and explained all the procedures that were going to take place. All the staff were very welcoming and extremely friendly.

They then conduct blood tests, ECG and blood pressure checks to ensure everything was in order prior to Surgery.

You are then given a sedative that keeps you awake but makes you quite drowsy, The grafting of hair then begins and takes around 2/3 hrs. Although I was awake during I felt no pain and have a vague recollection of what happened. They also give you various numbing injections during the process for the next stage.

You are then provided lunch and the surgery begins around 45mins later.
You are fully awake for this stage but do not feel anything due to the local anaesthetic given.

The next stage is incisions and hair transplantation. This took roughly 3/4 hrs depending on the amount of grafts being undertaken.
Again this procedure was painless.

You are then taken back to the hotel.

The following day you are given the first wash and all medicines and shampoos were provided.

You are then taken back to the airport.

The process was so smooth and easy.

You are also able to take a partner with you, this would normally cost around 20euros per night extra.

This clinic is highly efficient in what they do and again I would highly recommend them.
