Excellent service from Hydro-Cleansing Ltd on our silt removal project at Hayes Bridge, Hillingdon.

The team turned up within the stated time not bad as we are zone 2 in London. Head man Andy was superb - analysed all the problems very quickly and all the work - tree root cutting/clearing of sewage pipe done within 90 minutes - full report with photos received day after.
Great service, great people

Issues with toilets within part of the school's pre school building. The engineers on site to assist with the issue were polite, knowledgeable and hard working. Additional issues were found with the drainage and this has now been remedied my the guys at Hydro.

Right from the first contact with our dedicated account manager Khushboo, and onto the excellent team of Engineers on site, it was a very thorough exercise and all aspects of our brief were covered.

This was followed up by a decent survey report that included diagrams and survey videos.

We used Hydro Cleansing on our site when our usual supplier was unable to assist due to us having 10-15% solids within our IBCs. I spoke to Shane who was very helpful breaking down exactly what it is that he required from us and the time scales. All in all everything got sorted within a matter of days with a good few cubic tons of waste water being removed from our site and compound at last minute notice.

They went above and beyond in order to find solutions to sort out the issues, and believe me we had some logistic challenges, well impressed with the staff professionalism and vehicles fleet, again I was very pleased with the quality of the service I received.

Jackie from Hydro Cleansing has gone over and above to deliver a tanker from an overflowing basement. Communication has been fantastic and they have also arranged for the pump to be replaced. I had made the call and they had someone to site promptly to assess the site. Cannot recommend these guys enough, this could have potentially caused thousands of pounds worth of damage and have made what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, stress free and effective operation.
