A very reliable and friendly company that exude professionalism. We use them annually and would recommend without doubt.

Very proactive business; well priced work completed to a high standard. I always deal with Shane Lindsay; who is attentive and quick to respond.

No Matter what works required, whether it be an urgent road sweep needed, a tank emptied, or a CCTV Survey works to amp out drains, Hydro Cleansing are always their to assist with the team led by Charles in the office on hand to ensure works are completed in a timely manner

I'm working with Hydro Cleansing for the last three years and I can say with confidence that it's a very good business partnership. The team, especially Shane, is very responsive and does everything to accommodate our needs. If there ever are any works which did not turn out as expected, Hydro Cleansing, is never blaming it on us, the customer, but is trying everything to correct it and look for a fair solution. This is very much appreciated!

Incorrect tanker sent to job. Much too small, broke down an hour into job. Health and Safety issues with Hydrocleansing on site. Really helpful staff member at Hydrocleansing - Simon Church. Issues not resolved. Management not interested in entering a conversation.
Also let down by sweeper, booked for 3 days, did 2 ... no show next day, no apology or explanation from Hydrocleansing. Will not use again

While not being entirely sure what exactly we needed, office was very helpful in guiding while the on site staff were very friendly and went above and beyond.

Recently had a major issue with a burst water line which completely flooded my basement. Contacted Hydro Cleansing and then assisted with a quick response and went over and above to ensure the situation was under control. Great bunch of lads that attended. From office to engineers, highly recommended for an emergency.

Hydro Cleansing attended when they said they would and carry out a thorough job.

Customer service did not understand the request and sent out the first team late evening unfriendly unprofessional didn't do anything just complained. For this, the company charged £ 1200.00. The second team did the dye test of 2 pipes and carried out the job professionally. Again I was charged £1400. I phoned customer service and wanted to speak to the director of the company then I was told if I don't like the cost they charge should look for another company.
Very rude.

Once again yet another invoice sent to the wrong company - great service from those on the ground usually but not backed up by those in the office who failed to change the invoiced company for almost 2 years despite numerous reminders!

I contacted Hydro Cleansing when a gulley and toilet were blocked at my home. The person who dealt with my problem was very professional and courteous. He arranged a site visit without much delay and the 2 men that attended were able to sort out my drain problem quickly and efficiently. They were kind and caring. I cannot recommend them more highly.
