Very good, boiler service for the last three years and at a good price, always are on time and leave the work area clean and safe, same as with a previous job of removing unsafe gas fire.
Ben is always helpful and has offered advice and help on his last visit when he saw me replacing some radiators.

Brilliant service as always, Ben was helpful, honest and supportive in considering boiler options. He serviced our fireplace and left the place cleaner than when he started :)

Last Friday my old boiler went kaput. Left with no heating and hot water. Not good for me at my age so called Hydroheat. They were extremely helpful and I arranged for a new boiler. Because I had no heating etc they pulled out all the stops and swapped things around so I could get my boiler installed without delay. They couldn't have been more helpful. Very clean, precise, friendly and explained everything in detail and I am left with a brand spanking new boiler all set up to my requirements with a promise that if I need further help just to contact them. If I could give ten stars I would.

Had Ben round to fix my old boiler which sadly had several issues and couldn’t be fixed. Ben helped me choose a new boiler and as I was without heating and hot water he fitted me in so quickly even moving a few jobs around. Work wise he was reliable, kept me posted on when he would be arriving and was so neat working. I’ve found myself a regular boiler service and repair expert, and can totally recommend him.

Always prompt, keeping their customers informed about forthcoming appointments. When on site, Ben is very pleasant and is thorough with the work he carries out. He uses technology very effectively.

Our very old boiler had developed a leak and after speaking with Ben from Hydroheat we decided to get a new one fitted. He gave us a good quote along with advice on what model was suitable. On the day of the fitting he had the new boiler up and running within a matter of hours. He was very tidy and put protection down on all flooring. Would gladly recommend this company. Very professional.

Ben installed our boiler last year and did a great job. He's also serviced our boiler and fire and replaced radiators for us. He is always friendly, reliable and we would definitely recommend him to others!

Hydro Heat customer service is second to none. The communication was fantastic with up to date texts and emails. The care taken with my property was brilliant. I never new there were actual trade people who show this level of professionalism. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys. They are a credit to there profession
