Turned up on time, always does a professional job.

Quick , efficient and friendly service as usual

We had Hydro Heat boiler installations carry out our annual boiler and gas fire servicing. This time a complete strip down of both items was necessary. Ben was punctual and polite as always. He carried out this work in a most professional manner, leaving everything clean, neat and tidy. We have been using Hydro Heat Installations for many years and have never been disappointed with their work.

Just a quick update for Ben, Cadent came and shut the gas off and confirmed that the barrel need changing. which was done by SMS through Shell Energy. Many thanks for spotting the gas leak.

Ben and the team fitted my new boiler 6 years ago and have been servicing it ever since.
they always arrive on time and always do a good job. They are ready to give advice on any queries, however dumb the question.
They are a great local business and deserve all the support they can get. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a heating issue and they always deliver.

Excellent service, came well within time frame , I was kept updated of Ben's arrival found fault on boiler and made safe just waiting for repair, will definitely be using in future.

Hydroheat recently installed a new boiler for me, after speaking with a number of different companies Hydroheat stood out as the one to choose. I could tell they they could be trusted to do the job properly which was massively important to me as the last one was bodged and never worked right.

The company is efficient, trustworthy with friendly and skilled staff. The boiler service was thorough and the staff was relaxed and very easy to speak with.

Tim, the engineer, installed my new boiler yesterday.
It was a long day for him and at times he faced some tricky situations owing to the age of my cottage which he surmounted.

Wouldn't use anyone else to service my boiler. They're very knowledgeable and professional. Ben came to do a service yesterday, spotted a leak and contacted the supplier for a warranty call. All sorted within 2 days. Super service!
