I had issue with my boiler constantly heating. I found HydroHeat Boiler installations after a quick Google search. Their website is very professional and easy to use, the booking was straight forward and the appointment updates were very handy.
I am very pleased with the work done, it was professional, they were able to find the issue within minutes and received a quote for replacement part right away.
The repair work was done quickly, they made sure everything works as expected and left the work area clean and tidy.
I would recommend HydroHeat Boiler Installation for anybody having issues with their boiler or just looking for an annual service.

Was in a pickle and was very unhappy with previous engineer who gave continual excuses. Put a message out to checkatrade engineers as shower water was going hot and cold. I had an inckling that it was going to be the heat exchanger and it was. I was thinking Oh no ....£xxx pounds no getting away from it.

Hydro Heat came to the rescue and were brilliant from start to finish. I have to say a shout out to Ben as he came at the crack of dawn when most of the world was asleep and gave us hot water. We take this stuff so much for granted that we don't realise that just a simple thing like this can stop life continuing (lol). Imagine having a very cold shower in winter then washing your hands in very cold water.

He was very professional as we had a new carpet down - no issues. He sorted the problem out in an hour.

I am now looking to see if they can con do more jobs for me....if at all possible. I am hoping we can work together long term on some of my ventures.

We had booked our new boiler to fitted in middle of feb. But on Thursday our old boiler had completely broken down.
Ben arranged to have his team member come over within 48 hours and fit the new one.
Superb service. Just gone with the work. No issues. The boiler is amazing. The work done was brilliant. Thanks Ben Stephen and team !!!

Ben from Hydroheat was highly professional as well as friendly. He kept in touch before the appointment, arrived on time, worked neatly and followed up the work by mailing to thank me and ensure that I was happy with the work. He fitted a new thermostat suitable for my needs and clearly explained the settings and how to adjust them as well as leaving the manual. I would definitely use this company again.

Could not fault the experience of using Hydroheat. We had an emergency on 28/12/22 and Ben went out of his way to take a look and see what was required and managed to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently by 02/01/23! (Yes, a bank holiday)

We have been using Hydroheat for two years in a row for servicing our gas boiler and issuing Gas Safety Certificate for our rented property. We are very happy with them for their good communication, reliable yet flexible scheduling, honest professional advice and clean tidy jobs. While we cannot physically go to the property, the team always assure us everything is in a good caring hand. They send us reminders of engineer visit, the appointed engineer directly contacts us, send videos after work to explain the condition etc. Our old boiler finally had it this winter before new tenants moved in. Ben, the engineer was super busy but managed to squeeze the date and fitted a new boiler just before the inventory check. Happy landlords and a warm house again. We will definitely use them again next year.

Booked Hydroheat to carry out annual service of my boiler. The engineer Ben was punctual and very professional. Completed the work in just over one hour and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. Gave some very helpful tips on how to get the most out of my boiler. Very pleased with the overall service. Definitely would recommend.

Arrived on time, explained what he was doing, helped with sorting out what might have been causing the small leak. Very professional. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

We switched to hydroheat for regular boiler services after british gas hiked there prices a couple of years back. They are very reliable, have great comunication and are friendly and professional. Ben went the extra mile to make sure we weren't without heating/hot water for too long when the old boiler finally gave up. Would highly recomend!

I would absolutely recommend Hydroheat Boiler Installations, having recently had a full central heating system installed. They were extremely professional and approachable and were a pleasure to deal with. There were a few unexpected problems along the way (nothing to do with Hydroheat, just structural etc) but Ben worked extremely hard and was able to remedy the situation by calling on other tradespeople, always keeping us informed and organising everything. Overall, Hydroheat have proved themselves to be a reliable company with competitive pricing and a 'can do' attitude. Have used the company before and they have carried out the work to high standards. They supplied and installed a new boiler system and radiators at my son’s house and the work done was to very standard.
