Great responsive service from Jacob
Jacob helped me with my order for a replacement hot tub cover. I wanted the weather shield material rather than vinyl. I had a few issues with the DX delivery however Jacob was super responsive to my queries and addressing my concerns with DX. The cover is good quality and as described. I wouldn't hesitate to use hydrospares for hot tub parts etc next time around.

The Passion range utilises regular systems, but are highly customised, this has lead to a lot time trying to procure a new controller, which I was unable to do until contacting HydroSpares.
With their due diligence I now have the correct controller making it's way to me....!
Jacob has offered additional assistance to implement the controller upon installation due to the custom configuration.
Finally I have found the solution, HydroSpares

Having called into Hydrospares at Redruth with a request for an unusual order for spares.
I could not have received any better knowledgeable advice and support from John.
He put together all the parts required and even sourced another part that Hydropsares did not stock.

Great experience with Hydrospares.
Decided I would order spares for our hot tub on the afternoon of the 23rd December. Identified parts on their website, called the office to discuss and then helped through the order via WhatsApp to complete the order. Order shipped by them around 3pm, advised next day delivery but advised could be delayed by the Xmas deliveries, order arrived at lunchtime on the 24th, less than 24 hours. All items correct and well packaged. My experience with Hydrospares has been 100%.
Extreem bad communication and service
Extreem bad communication and service and very rude and unprofessional manager.
Called them many times because of a wrong shipment. Every time they promised to call back and they never did.
These guys didn’t took any action nor responsibility. Also on the life chat they say it will be ok, or sure I will find it out for you, but in real, they could not help me or just didn’t respond on the chat. If I can avoid this company I surely will do.
PS. The transport was done via Interparcel

Never got to buy anything from this place because no one ever replied to my message on WhatsApp, the number they give says prompt response! Nearly 2 months later I’ve still not had a reply and now blocked it seems due to a Google review I left saying the same thing! Save yourself time and effort and go to hottubpartsuperstore instead, lovely guy called Mick and even replied out of hours to help me. Really don’t know how coyboys likes these stay in business
No customer service
I send a WhatsApp message to ask for a part for my hit tub, the beginning text me back asking the address to tell me how long going to take the delivery because they need to order. That was last Wednesday I'm still waiting for an answer, I did text everyday asking and just they read the message and don't care about replying, the same with the website chat. Ridiculous.

Ordered a pump for a wood fired hot tub on a next day delivery “ not a next working day delivery ! “ because of a bank holiday the pump came a day late , the guests who where staying at the lodge were most upset so were given a full refund plus a bottle of bubbly for their inconvenience , this is how we treat our customers , hydrospares however said they would be issuing a refund for the next day service but then sent an email saying that because of the Bank Holiday they would not be issuing the refund ! It’s Truly is astonishing that a company will make a customer unhappy over 7 pounds !

update 15/7 -
After a back and forth with Hydrospares, they initially claimed they had not received the return and left it to me to take up with Royal Mail.
24 hours later, they contacted me to say that they had done a full sweep of the warehouse and had now located the return and have issued a refund (including postage as a good will gesture, along with a 10% off code should I wish to purchase from them in the future).
I am awaiting the refund but am confident it will appear - they could have just left it at 'not received' but to their credit, they physically double checked for it and were honest about admitting their fault - well done Hydrospares but it would have been nice if you had double checked prior to bascially telling me 'tough'...
Returned a part on 14th June (after going through all the hassle of requesting an RMA, etc), have not received a refund yet - sent 2 emails, both unanswered.
They are great at getting parts out on time, not so much when you have to return something it seems.
I won't be using them again..

I have had a recurrent ongoing problems with my EMG 2 speed hot tub motor for over 6 months.
The patience and help of the Staff at HydroSpares in getting to the root of the problem has been exemplary.
They were helpful even when I just needed advice and was not at that stage buying any products from them.
At last it is sorted and have resolved the problem spending less than I had originally anticipated, thanks to the help I received.
I am happy to recommend HydroSpares, not only for their competitive prices, but also their technical support and after sales service.
One happy customer who will be retuning to HydroSpares if or when the need arises.

very poor on delivery , paid for pre 10 no delivery , told would be next day on a before 12 again nothing , now told pump model has changed and will be here tomorrow , doesnt help our client has now had 2 days waiting in for us to attend and fit there pump , really bad communication .

After contacting many hot tub companies.i messaged hydrospares with a task of finding me a new gecko keypad which was now discontinued.i gave them the info they required to contact gecko direct and give me options of the keypads I could use.i was that happy with the customer service I found some head rest pillows on a different website and forwarded them on not only did they beat the price by £30 they ordered them from America and was here within two weeks and free delivery.i contacted jack through WhatsApp many of times and he replied back with in the hour to every message.fantastic service,would highly recommend.
