Great service for the 2nd time
Item arrived in perfect condition and was delivered promptly. This is the second time I've ordered from Hydrospares and I've had excellent service on both occasions. My hot tub is now 11 years old so I thought I would struggle to get spare parts but so far they've had what I needed every time.

The customer service team was very helpful in finding the parts i needed. I just took photos of the damaged ones and they found them and told me what to order, I watched a video on their website once and I did the job myself, great service highly recommend.
Very happy and fast delivery
Very happy, when our hot tub pump failed we were able to find the right part through the website and get it ordered, new pump is perfect and we are enjoying our hot tub again. We ordered some other bits at the same time, whole lot came next day, can't fault at all.
warranty repair
sent a warranty repair on a pump, told me that due to lack of maintenance the pump failed, when i sent it back they then said 2 parts were broken and would not be repaired under warranty. when the pump left me there were no parts that were broken. (i took photos and sent them) but still not agreeing to the free repair, apart from that they have been very helpfull.
Jacuzzi and Whirlpool Sarges…
I have need technical help on two occasions for two different baths in my home. On the first occasion the photograph I sent to this company did not show any detail but from shape and size they were able to identify the correct part which was quickly dispatched to me.
The second occasion I was offered advice which worked but did not result in a sale for them but. the company was happy to help. My experience is this is a company that goes the extra mile.

1st class service . Rang Monday afternoon to check the pump
I needed was in stock and if it was would it be delivered due to the lockdown .Was assured it was in stock and orders would be delivered . Ordered it online , order accepted and confirmation sent out . A couple of hours later had email to say it had been dispatched and would be delivered next day . It was delivered next day within the 1 hour time slot I had been given .
Cant fault this company at all.

Fast delivery and helpful with regards to the pump I needed, have since ordered filters and chemicals through them too.
VERY POOR SUPPORT
Purchased a replacement circuit board for a Balboa hot tub in Feb 2017, which lasted just one year before failing with the same issue that the previous board did. Only technical advice I could get was "buy another board" and as I had no other option I did just that.
Fitted the board, which resolved the issue, but now have a completly separate issue with control. Have been trying for weeks to get support, but seem to be completly wasting my time.
I worked in customer support for many years and this is about as bad an example as you will find.

Overcharged, Failed to Work and No Customer Support
I bought a component from this retailer which cost £15, I have now found that I could have purchased a more suitable component for £3.49 elsewhere. The component failed to work and Hydrospares offered virtually no support and have not offered to replace the item.
Customer services is the test
Never had a problem with product quality or delivery. The biggest test I find is when you need customer services. I had a slight slip up on sending me the right item recently and with a simple email and no delay or quibble a replacement was sent without requiring a returns process. Good job.
