Brilliant service. Quick delivery. Excellent product.

The product was great overall, however the instructions could be a lot clearer. There are a number of different bolts however there all labelled 9 so it takes time to figure out exactly which one to use.

Very good quality easy to assemble with a rattle gun. Me and my daughter built it in 1 hour. Pictures in the box helped a lot with the cable assembly. Very pleased

We purchased the power rack and Hex dumbbells and stand. We had a challenge with the assembly of the power rack but Ben was great! So responsive and helpful and very soon provided a great resolution!

We still have some items on our wish list and aim to order again very soon!

Not the first thing I have ordered from HyGym and the prices are always fantastic along with really good delivery info. Won't be the last thing I get from them I'm sure.

great price and fast delivery of the squat rack with pulleys, which looks to be of good quality so far, but not yet tested with heavy weights. You do need to look at the photo build guide alongside the printed instructions as there are some differences

So so on service. Slow responses without a lot of detail. Also no notifications on order progress which I was expecting.

Excellent service and good quality replacement part

I purchased the Arnold Sports Festival Bundle Special at the show.
Talked to Daniel at the show very helpful and informative.
Slight problem with delivery but contacted them spoke to Ben very helpful and understand couldn't be more helpful.
Instructions very good and easy to follow very impressed with the equipment and great quality.

Bought a power cage multi gym squat rack, delivered on time. Relatively simple to build with 2 person x 2 hours. Works perfectly with a 6ft Olympic bar aswell.
Product is better than expected.

Terrible company in almost every respect. Order was delayed for months. They then send me two racks and STILL have not collected the second, 1 month later. The instructions included with the rack are incorrect and I had to ask for the correct instructions. And, of course, they forgot to include the bolts, so I had to ask for them.

Terrible experience all around. Don't buy from them.

Love the equipment. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be adding to our gym bit by bit with Hygym equipment. Thank you for all your help.

Recently bought the complete dumbbell set and I am really pleased with them. The order turn around was super quick (ordered on a Sunday, with me by Wednesday) and the quality of the weights feel like gym grade stuff. Easy to assemble the rack, a nice varied amount of weights too. Would use these guys again for sure!

HyGYM red squat rack

Ordered end of April and was instantly told the wait would be 6 - 10 weeks...although a bit off putting they explained why, ocean shipping from fareast west bound. Working in logistics myself this tied up with what I know is happening at the moment with delays to shipping. So I went ahead and ordered. Couldn’t believe my luck when the order came in bang on 8 weeks I received it 21 of June 2021. Came in 2 near solid boxes about 40kg each... instructions are pees poor but if you follow the link they send you with their own walkthrough assembling it is a doddle. Although it comes with all the tools you need if You have 2 rachet wrenches it makes it so so much easier. I actually put it up myself as I’m a bloody hero bit lesser mortals may need 2 people. Top tip don’t over tighten anything until the frame is up and all bolts are in. You are left with a few spare plates and washers so don’t stress. After fixing it up and tightening it I put all the accessories on and it looks the business!... felt strong sturdy and safe, the pulley system is smooth too, I lightly glazed the chrome pole with wd40 just because I like extra smooth ;).... I would only use a 6 foot Olympic bar with personally as 7 foot might be overkill for this size of squat rack... overall super pleased with the product and the service and how it was delivered / packaged... just need to manage your own expectations with delivery times... shipping is crazy at the moment brexit/container shortages/ port congestion / covid has all meant timescales have increased.

Really happy with the customer service one of the items was delayed and Ben in customer service was fully transparent throughout keeping me up to date all the way through
