Ordered the Power Rack and from the outset they were upfront and honest about the delay in it being delivered. There were issues caused by the delivery company but Ben (HyGym customer service) was relentless in sorting out the issue. Great company and will order from them again. Quick tip, if you are waiting for an email from them, check your spam folder as it may be in there!

Great Products, Even Better prices and honestly some of the most polite customer service persons I have ever dealt with. Could not recommend purchasing gym equipment from this company.

I received my hex dumbbells a little later than expected with a welcomed addition of dip bars for any inconvenience caused by late delivery. The lads here have given great customer service and I would highly recommend their products.

Hygym were awesome in their delivery timing and description of their items.

One part was missing a single element but a simple email and it was sent immediately and with me the very next day.

Fully recommend using them for any of your gym related needs.

Purchased the 6 pair Hex Dumbell Set (5kg to 25kg). Really pleased with the quality of these Dumbells and envisage getting years of use out of them. Well worth the money.
The customer service at HyGym is also exceptional, they are quick to respond and very helpful.

Ordered a power rack and a weights bench from these guys. Brilliant products and I am thrilled with my purchase. Communication throughout has been great. The back of my squat rack was crushed during transit ( not Hy-gyms fault) and when I emailed a photo they promptly replied and replaced the damaged back. I will definitely buy from them again.

Placed an order for a Squat rack early February due to arrive mid April, still waiting. I'd strongly advise don't order from this company unless you are willing to wait at least 5 months, assuming it will arrive soon! As for their Brexit excuse, last time I looked China was not part of the EU

Absolutely appalling company. Ordered a squat rack over 3 months ago and after a couple of flaky emails blaming the delay on brexit, I’ve still not received my order. I would advise anyone thinking if ordering to just not. You’ll be hundreds of pounds down with nothing to show for it. Take your money elsewhere.

I have changed my review from my first one, due to the weights finally arriving! The weights look good and pleased with them. Just need to sort out the customer service as really hard to get hold of someone and there was no contact with us to let know that there was delays, so had no clue what was going on, so bit of panic our end as taken over a month longer to arrive and no word from anyone.

Great customer service and excellent product quality. Delivery was a lot later than we anticipated, but with covid and this being a fairly new company, we were understanding and it was 100% worth the wait. I'm so impressed with the quality of power rack we got. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Frustrated with lockdown I decided to invest in weights and a squat rack. Found the HyGYM site and on comparing decided that price to maximum weight tolerances this was what would work best for me. A bit of a wait as with most popular things at the moment but this was explained up front and I was kept fully informed all the way. Had a small issue of collars not arriving ( courier problem) but as soon as I emailed to chase I received a reply the next day with options moving forward to get things to me as soon as they could. Overall really pleased with the products and especially the service that I received.

Great products at the price they supply them for. Customer service team very helpful and were able to promptly answer any questions I had over e-Mail. All products arrived at estimated times with no faults or complaints. The HyGym squat rack is the centre piece to my newly growing home gym. Would recommend 10/10 times for the price.

I brought the squat rack, and I'm happy with it. The rack doesn't look study when you look at it but I've put it to the test and can confirm it's a lot more solid than it looks. Ive knocked a star off as the dispatch date got changed 3 times and also arrived with a key part missing. I emailed customer service late at night about the missing part and they had replied first thing in the morning, and the part arrived the next morning. Shame it was missing in the first place but Hygym did all they could to make sure I got the part - and quickly.

Purchased a squat rack and few other weights and bits from HYGym.
Products are good quality at affordable prices. They are a small company with limited staff and dealing with high demand, their service, communication is amazing even they replying to you beyond normal hours. Highly recommended!

I must credit HyGym for value for money in a time where home gym products price has rocketed! Very good price and a better product than the rest of what’s out there which is far more expensive. There were delays however customer service was managed very well. The squat rack is definitely fit for purpose and a great addition to the home gym.

A bit hesitant with buying gym kit off the net as there are a lot of scams about at the moment.

However this company is from a scam, on receiving their rack along with a bench and a bar, I can say they are of such high quality and great value for money.

On receiving my rack I was missing a pulley wheel, I got in touch with Hygym and one was in the post that day.

Amazing customer support, they replied to all my Queries straight away and were so helpful.

We've just purchased a Dumbbell Rack which we are really pleased with and was great value for money. We received excellent customer service from Ben and the delivery was extremely speedy.

Due to lockdown and gyms closing we decided to then the garage into a home gym. I was keen to find a squat rack and cable at a reasonable price that was good quality, if this sounds familiar then look no further! Due to high demand I needed to wait 6-8 weeks for the item, but this was clearly outlined before ordering.
The squat rack is absolutely spot on, easy to build (took two people 2-4 hours) and in depth instructions can be found on the Hygym website. I had a few issues with the safety rail and one of the dip bars not fitting as they should and this was rectified and new parts sent out very quickly. Customer services via email and/or Facebook Messenger are very prompt with their replied and helpful.

The gym wear is also fantastic quality, I have the ladies leggings and sport bra set in black and they’re squat proof, very high waisted, supportive and comfortable. The sizing isn’t very generous so size up, I’m usually a 10-12 or a M but these I ordered in a large and they’re spot on.

Overall great company to deal with, excellent customer services, happy to resolve any issues and excellent products too.

Bit of a delay getting the squat rack. But when it turned up well worth the wait. Easy to put together and great value for money. I love it. If you are prepared to wait it is worth it. Would recommend this product
