It did take twice as long the 45 day delivery notice says for all of my order to arrive. However it has all arrived and is good proper gym quality stuff. Customer service is very good.

I ordered the complete set of Hex dumbbell's and a set of 30's. I am more than happy with them and will be using Hygym again.

I ordered the HyGym power rack and the full set of hexagonal dumbbells with stand. There was a delay in shipping the goods but I was offered a partial refund or the chance to cancel my order. This was a great example of customer service. The product quality is excellent- I was always dubious about the power rack but it is a solid and sturdy piece of kit. Assembly instructions weren’t great but one of the guys at HyGym sent step by step pics. This made assembly quick and easy.

Excellent bit of kit and great service.
We ordered the squat rack 28/11/20 knowing that we would have to wait at least a month and a half for delivery. After 45 days, we checked on progress and received a prompt response advising delivery would be w/c 25/1/21, which I can confirm did happen (two packages over two days, which I was also advised may happen). Considering all the lockdown/logistic issues at present, an extra two weeks on delivery time was not a problem.
HyGYM also sent an email which gave additional instructions for the building of the rack. This was very helpful, as instructions that come with the rack are a bit vague. The rack is well made and was easy to assemble by one person. Really delighted with what we got for the price. Well done HyGYM.

Although my order took a long time to arrive, it was stated on their site when I ordered what the estimated date they would be delivered was and with a further 2 lockdown happening in between I wasn’t shocked it had to be pushed back. But they sent an email explaining this and offered a full refund if I wanted. I chose to wait. When my Hex dumbell tree arrived, it was easy to assemble and great quality for the price! Would recommend :)

I always set up a home gym wherever I travel for health reasons (osteoporosis) and when I arrived in England I searched for a pair of adjustable dumbbells. I searched in Amazon and Ebay and on Google and I was delighted to find a local business HyGym (I prefer English products) and looking at their information I felt they were committed to quality products. I am so happy I made the decision to buy from them, the weights are solidly made easy to use and beautiful. My friends like how they looked and I am proud of them. There was a delay in delivery and they let me know and explained them to me in anticipation (some covid restrictions impacted delivery) and whenever I had a question in their Instagram site the responses were quick and clear.
I am so happy with my purchase and that I found a brand that I can trust. Thank you so much HyGym!!!

Yes I had to wait a while for delivery (as stated when I ordered) but let's face it, half the population are on furlough ordering gym equipment and expecting it yesterday. Put that together with brexit and of course your going to have to wait a little bit.

The quality of the equipment to the price is bang on. You will be hard pushed to get a product like this for this price elsewhere.

All in all I am extremely satisfied.

I’ve had two orders now with Hygym, the weights have arrive promptly and are of really good quality. It’s good to know that when I can’t get to my normal gym I now have quality equipment at home that I can use to keep in shape. I would recommend them to everyone.

I would not recommend this site at all.

I have placed an order on November 26 2021. After sending multiple emails, voicemail as I could not get through to anyone on the phone, Facebook messenger and now while I am writing this I even tried their online chat on their website. and still, nothing and the date is 17/01/2021.

Very poor customer service that is. Very poor indeed. 4 means of communication has been attempted and nothing.

I have had a response since and waiting for my goods.

The quality of dumbbells are great with a perfect grip (just as good as those I used in the gym). The service and delivery was as advised and I couldn’t be happier with my new piece of home gym kit. Looking forward to purchasing more in the near future from HyGym.

I recently received a weight bench and a set of hex dumbbells. The dumbbells and are well made and have a good amount of knurling on the handles that provide enough grip without being uncomfortable to hold. I checked the weights of the dumbbells on a set of scales and they proved to be accurate when compared against the stated weight. The bench arrived with clear assembly instructions and I was able to put it together fairly easily by myself. It is fairly light and so is easy to move around but still feels sturdy and secure when being used. The cushion is comfortable to lie on and the red and black design looks good. Both the dumbbells and the bench arrived well packaged and in good condition. Overall a great experience!

Bought a rack, bar and bumper plates and have nothing bad to say. All top quality kit. The rack in my opinion is worth alot more money than the price on the website. Been training in commercial gyms for 11 years and can honestly say the bar is the best I've ever used. Current circumstances were all in I would definitely recommend purchasing all ur gym equipment through hygym.

Ordered womens gym wear, leggings and sports crop top. They are absolutely worth ever penny. The fit is perfect, great quality material and no need to readjust any of it mid run or work out. Washes well to. Brilliant service, would definitely buy from again.

Ordered some women’s gym clothes. Fast delivery the quality and price was fantastic! So supportive and great fit. I will defiantly be ordering more and telling my running friends how nice the gym wear is.

So I bought a squat rack off these guys and I must say when it came I was more than happy with it. In my opinion it’s worth more that they sell it for. I’m quite picky when I get something and look for faults. The welds look strong and once up it’s solid as a rock. I’m so happy with it. The delivery time was longer than normal but with the current climate you expect that anyway. Shane one of the guys at HyGYM is an absolute top guy. Nothing was too much for him. I’m a nightmare wanting info about products before I buy and I always have loads of questions and he was more than happy to answer every question. He’s even messaged me and talked me through assembly. They company as a whole is a great one as far as I can comment. I’d recommend to anyone. I WILL be ordering again.
