Our family have been going through a rough time and so the photo shoot for our daughter was something bought a smile on all our faces. She was very jolly strutting around the studio in her different outfits. We couldn’t believe how well she did, the pictures were outstanding! The day was definitely needed and these pictures are too good.

Came there for with my daughter as I feel that this is something that she would suit best in and she is very photogenic so she had the photos taken and they done her hair really nice. We got to see the photos after as we were advised it is best to wait outside as we might distract her and she would go off track. She had done so well! The pictures were really nice and we would like to thank you for this day.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE I 'VE BEEN SCAMMED AND I STILL FEEL LIKE A FOOL AN IDIOT.THEY MAKE U BELIEVE YOU WILL GET AN AMAZING CARREER BY CREATING AT THE END A USELESS AND OVERPRIZED PORTFOLIO.PLUS THE LADY SAID NOW WE WILL MAKE YOUR PROFILE THROUGH OTHER MODEL AGENCIES BUT THEY ARE OTHER FAKE SCAMEERS AGENCIES THAT THEY ONLY WANT YOU TO CREATE (BY PAYING ANOTHER REASONABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY)A PROFILE WITH THEM TO MAKE YOU WORK AS MODEL.

I got given great feedback from the photo shoot I had as my performance was excellent. I had a good feeling about the day from when I went in and the staff made me feel relaxed to go through it. Just receievd everything and going to start talking to agencies.

They say its a refundable deposit but it isn't. They refused to give it back stating that its not refundable if you pass, only if you fail which was not agreed on the phone. They pressure you into taking photos after even if you try saying no. Its like feeding off the weak. Stress you out and worry you till you're weak then get you to sign a form so you cant complain about it when youre at your weakest to realise what theyre doing. They should be shut down. They also charge upfront costs. Never pay upfront for agencies. Genuine agencies will only take a percentage of your earnings from jobs they find you, rather than wanting thousands upfront. DONT GO WITH THEM!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO ARE PURELY AFTER YOUR MONEY!!!

I had my shoot with Hypedigital today and it was a pleasure to have been given the chance to come down. They took quite long to see me, so I could view the photos, but I was happy when I saw the photos.

Me and my son went to Hype, studio wise it was a nice space but no changing rooms you need to fix this guys. The whole day went smooth the photographer took some fantastic shots but he wasn't very sociable almost a bit moody and when we left we went to praise him for his work and seemed very nonchalant bordering on rude but none the less he did a great job of the pictures. The hair and make up people did a great job and made Alphiee look like a star. The consultation went well and we got some great advise and wasn't pressured into making a decision to be honest the just image pacages were very very pricy so we decided to get the top deal: website, Z card, printed portfolio and cd of all the images and a reshoot within two years and agency liaison. We cant wait to see what the finished pacage will look like. The only criticism is that the products takes up to 6 weeks to be delivered. So I will fill you in when this comes. And finally Hype also recommended us to lots of agencies so we are now looking at this. So far so good nice one Hype well happy.

This is a scam, they put no effort in the work and manipulate you in to purchasing the portfolio which is over priced and you do not need. this organisation needs to be shut down. Honestly take head and stay clear. they do not even deliver what they promise

I’m in the UK. They contacted me to book me for a photoshoot day and asked for a deposit which they said will be refundable. I asked for a bit of time to do a bit of research about their company and I am very glad I did, even though they insisted to book me right away and said I will be loosing a big opportunity if I do not book! However, I didn’t book/pay to just do a little bit of research which is always a wise thing to do before paying some stranger on the phone! So 5 min into searching about this company and reading reviews online on trustpilot which is trustworthy and reliable (unlike the company hype digital uses on their website, which is also another scam company) I found out that they are a massive scam company and so many people have been tricked! They initially do promise amazing things but if something sounds too good to be true it’s either not good or/and not true!
So thank you trustpilot for letting us right honest reviews and not so much thank you hype digital for scamming people.

SCAM!!! This company is nothing but a joke scramming people out of money, they ask for an upfront deposit which they say you get back however you do not. They go under various different names such as Thomas street studios limited, fusion studios, spark models and a few more. The reason for them having so many names for the company is because they scam innocent people out of money meaning they have got to keep changing their name. When searching hype digital it may come up with various good reviews however all of which are written within the space of a few weeks and multiple reviews by the same people saying the same things, these people leaving the reviews have got no other reviews apart from very similar ones about hype digital.

One of there previous names fusion studios was in the Manchester Evening news for ‘taking advantage of a mum with learning difficulties’.

A genuine modelling company will NOT ask for an upfront deposit, they work on commission.

I am not happy about my pictures from Hype Digital photo studio in Birmingham . Make up artist in studio do very poor job . I do not see pictures in studio becouse have to keep distance for 2 metres and pay to them accidentaly 1000 £, i just saw this poor pics at home . I write to them and ask my money back ,becouse i am not happy about service . They refuse it . Now i am looking for legal advice ,who will help to me return my money . Be avare of Hype Digital ! It is scam ,they just wont your money ! They are not covered by Finansial Ombudsman Service too .

I strongly urge everyone who is looking to work with Hype Digital to do your research. Like themselves, they are connected to other 'modelling' companies that have taken money from ordinary reasonable people without guilt and manipulated them to believe in fake promises of working with great brands immediately if very large deposits are paid.

I would not pay for anything in advance and neither would I agree to refundable deposits as nothing is ever repaid.

Please heed the advice of others on this platform who have expressed similar concerns.

I want to start off by thanking Diana and Diego for being absolute stars, making the experience pleasant and for being friendly as hell. I want to include Helen as well, she made me feel great, she is a great person to chat to.
After giving credit where it is due, I will preface this by saying they are charging you for the appointment but claim it is 100% REFUNDABLE. Please beware, after your experience and if you do pass their "assessment" you will be directed to a consultant which will then go through the options with you (portfolio and further work), which is great, until.. until you REFUSE TO PAY. My reasoning was that, although it was an excellent experience, I did not find myself fit to be in the industry, which is perfectly reasonable.
From that moment on, I was criticised by the lovely gentleman for my intellect ("you knew you had to pay before coming in, I'd assume that you can remember that") and guilt tripped (after me apologising for wasting their time for not thinking that I would be fit for modeling after seeing the pictures, he proceeded to tell me that yes, I did waste their time), I was assumed to not understand what is going on and how modelling works until i would would break and pay just so I dont feel bad anymore.
PLEASE BEWARE: do NOT book if you are not ready to feel guilty or diminished after your photoshoot. If I do not receive my refund I will proceed legally, even if it is a small amount to recover, just because no human should feel this way ever.

They offered me an assessment in which I would be photographed so they can send my portfolio to agencies. They told me if I want to photos for my personal portfolio I would have to pay - this is normal. What they didn't say, is if I want them to keep the photos they take and provide the service they told me I would receive, I would have to pay an exorbitant amount. This is NOT industry standard. Luckily, I looked up the business beforehand and very quickly found a huge number of people who have fallen prey to this, and withdrew my deposit immediately. I have also submitted a request for erasure of my personal information, which I have yet to hear back about - if I don't, I will be taking further action, as they collected my information under false pretenses. All in all, do not give any of your time or money to this company - they make money off of the naivety of prospective models and their parents. If you don't trust this review, just google "Hype Digital Scam" and you will see numerous reddit threads and other social media posts explaining the scam this company pulls. Of course, if you are looking to pay £1500 for a semi-professional photoshoot with photos unsuited for modelling applications - be my guest. I do anticipate this review to be flagged by the company as it seems that's what they spend all their time doing, so I will just hope that people can see this before that happens.

I am so happy with the turn out of my photos. They were professionally shot, and the photographer knew just what to do. He was serious with a good sense of humor but when he took the pictures, he told me how I should stand, pose, smile, be serious and we even got to go outside. It was a good day and I had a good time.

Absolute joke of a company! This company are extremely quick to take a big amount of money off you for some poor quality pictures and to be kept on a dodgy website! My makeup was done by a team there and my eyebrows weren't even matching! They scraped a bit of extremely dry foundation on my face and put some black around my eyes and called that a done deal! I was embarrassed to have my photo's taken! I expected something a little bit better when I'm paying over £1000 to have this company representing me! Unfortunately after I paid, I quickly began to realise this company wasn't quite the real deal and after some hard research, I discovered you should never ever pay for your photo's to be taken if you're really interested in becoming a model. Definitely stay well clear from this company!!! Absolute scam!

I had a really good experience with Hype Digital,I went for a photo shoot for my first time, the photographs turned out great and received straight away my portofolio with pictures for a reasonable price.
The make up and hairstylist girl where great, really friendly and professional.
Benny H. was super helpful, he give me a lot of good advice, showed me models platforms where u can get a lifetime membership for a reasonable price and apply for different castings and also referred me to a lot of model agencys which contacted me in few days, just to make you aware I had been contacted by 7 but each agencies ask me for a fee between £100-£200 and a 20%-25% comision from every casting, photoshoot or comercial I will be a signed, but its worth to try at least 2 models agencys for the beginning and see at what you can apply and what they can offer to you.
Overall it was an amazing experience.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hype Digital. From the moment I walked in the door, the team were all so friendly, professional and pics turned out amazing! Obviously I had to invest a little for portfolio but I need this to begin following my dreams and that is what I came for so was very happy and they have many options to choose from. Nothing is gauranteed but what is in life...it was so worth it and I'll def be recomemmending to friends! This is one of the good ones! I already have two casting - so excited!

Disgusting behaviour from the man who chooses” he has no manners I was asked to pay £3,000 for my 3 year old daughter pictures I only liked 2 of them and when I told him I didn’t like them all he got really angry and started shouting and telling me to deal with it.
Because I didn’t pay the £3,000 he told me my daughter ain’t going to make it anyway and I’m not welcome to come back. ( in front of my child )
This is a scam he also told me to pay £150 for something that’s not guaranteed work. On top of the £3,000
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE PLEASE. It’s a scam you pay £3,000 for pictures and you have to find the work. Might as well make your own portfolio. My daughters hair was a mess I don’t know what kind of hair stylist they have but the elastic bands pulled out a big chunk of my daughters hair. Very unprofessional. a real agency takes commission and finds you work. Not takes £3,000 and tells you to go and find it yourself
Their is no changing room to actually get changed so be prepared to change in front of everyone. Scamming scums don’t bring your children here!!!!!
He tells everyone you been accepted and tells you everything you want to hear and makes it sound so good. They just want your money. The receptionist is rude and gives you dirty looks every minute.

My only issue with Hype Digital was that the pictures seemed very pricey when I went there for my daughter Sansa's portfolio shoot. However, the quality and the astonishing range more than covered up for it, making it easier on my conscience to pay for the pictures.
