PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, I BOOKED 2 TICKETS FOR £14OO FOR AUSTRALIA, THEN WE HAD COVID, I LATER BOOKED FOR AN ADDIONAL £14OO, I TOOK SERIOUSLY ILL AND HAD TO HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY SO WE HAD TO CANCEL AS I WASN'T ALLOWED TO FLY, I SENT ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS TO PROVE MY CONDITION AND SURGERY, THIS COMPANY BLAMED MALAYSIAN AIRLINES FOR NOT REFUNDING MY £2800,I PERSONALLY CONTACTED MALAYSIAN AIRLINES AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A RECORD OF MY BOOKING, THEY SAID IT WAS HYPERAIRTRAVELS.CO.UK THAT WAS RESPONSIBLE, I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK, THIS COMPANY ARE FRAUDS, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY ARE SCAMMERS, SO PLEASE,PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THEM

ASE DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, use this travel agency.They are scammers, thieves and crooks. I paid for a ticket, which I then later found out myself that it was cancelled. I then spoke to them and they gave me a new data and ticket, for that also to be cancelled 3 times as well, which I was then said they could not issue my ticket and I would receive a refund. Over a month later I have not received on the days they have said and now there is no reply to my messages or phone calls and I am no taking this legally. If you want a good holiday, piece of mind and your money, do not use this agency.

Always quick response, very good communication and really perfect service.
Mr Ken is top man as it is his staff aswell.
I book already 3 holidays past 2 years and never had any problems.

they are scammer because i bought ticket what of £700 from them since 2021 ,they are not return my money back ,anytime i call them they keep on posting me saying tomorrow tomorrow every day, till now they are not return my money back.
whereas is not my fault ,is Air Morocco cancelled my flight by themselves because they have issue with Nigeria Government ,since they are not return my money

No attention to detail, lack of communication and follow up. Placed my family on 2 separate flights returning to the UK. They implore they wil get things right but they don't.

Absolute fraudsters. Look at Google reviews for honest reviews. They take your money then ask for more for another flight.Stories of people stranded at airports with their money taken and no ticket booked. Took me 3 weeks to get my money back having been lied to that flight was cancelled and offered a different airline for another £500. Pure disrespect by ‘Ben’ telling me there’s nothing I could do.

First-class help, guidance and assistance all the way. Right up to arriving at the airport Ken was checking in and available to assist with our travel plans. Even a text while we were there to confirm all was okay.

Rebecca was apt in helping me out with my ticket. I nearly lost it. She secured a Voucher for me which lasted for COVID 19 period and was able to aid me in filling my passenger locator form. I love your services

Excellent Customer Service & Good Deal.
Staff were patience, welcoming', extremely supportive and very caring. They prepared all my travelling documents including passenger locator and checking in and advised me on all the travelling requirements making sure everything was in order which is what every traveller would like to get. They went beyond their remit by contacting me abroad to make sure I was safe and ok.
In terms of price deals, they made sure I had the best deals. I checked online before committing myself and their fare was way cheaper than buying online and this was why I used Afrasia International Ltd last summer and I used them last week again.
I highly recommend this travel Agent to you because they are extremely helpful, patience, and genuine. I never used to buy tickets from Agents because they can expensive sometimes but since I came to know this Agent, I don't bother buying online anymore because the support and the price cannot be compared to buying directly from the airline.
Ken, Rebecca and Eddie thanks a million for take all the stress in travelling these days away for me. I am coming back to you this summer God willing! God richly bless you all.

Hyper Air Travel helped me to book a flight to the UK and honestly went above and beyond what was expected of them. They called, texted, checked in and even made sure they arrived safely.

Hyper air travel are hands down the best agents in London. They are helpful and the try to get you the best deals possible. They are actually better than dealing with the airlines, when you call them they answer the phone straight away. They have out of hours WhatsApp line. I have been using them to travel for 3 years now and I'm so grateful. The customer service is 10/10. Look now where else trust me you will not be disappointed.

Wow, I honestly don’t know how or where to start, the staff at hyper air travel has been so fantastic in supporting myself and my daughter with our tickets. Mr Ken has always been a wonderful person, he is forever supportive never get frustrated or fed up in helping us in securing a fabulous deal. Both myself and my daughter are very grateful to Mr Ken and Rebecca and the rest of the staff. I have always encouraged and invited friends and family to book their tickets from hyper air. They always make you comfortable, very friendly people. Hyper air is home away from home for us.
