Mattress came on time as stated, very easy to install and very comfortable

the mattress was fine when we first had it .but over time it seems to have hardened .and not has comfortable may have to replace soon ??

I spent a long time researching and comparing mattresses before buying 2 Hypnia mattresses with 15 year guarantees. I made the right choice they are very comfortable and supportive. I am now sleeping like a baby again. Very very happy and thoroughly recommended

I requested a return via email, they responded arranging the collection, the delivery guys came and collected the mattress. All good so far. However it has been 14 days since that and the customer support doesn't respond to my emails asking for a status update of the refund and I haven't got my money back. I will have to find another routes to get my money back I guess. Very disappointed.

The answer is the delivery process and, when it goes wrong (as it seems to for 20% or so of orders to Hypnia and its on-line competitors) the lack of customer service. And, no, I do not consider 24-48 hours response time to a "where have my pillows gone" email to be 'customer service'.

The process of mattress buying is fraught with difficulties. A ten minute bounce on a mattress in a showroom tells you almost nothing so you have to rely on reviews, especially of 'sell direct' makers. I looked at all the major competitors, including some selling at much higher prices, and concluded that a top-of-the-range Hypnia mattress was for us. In common with the competition, however, there is no help on your website about the best bed for heavy people, light people, long or short, bony or well-padded people. The best we can do is select a 'firmness rating' which we think will work for us, although everything on the market is on the firm side of medium, as far as I can see.

We received notification that our order (a mattress and two pillows) had been dispatched, together with a tracking number. The information on our Hypnia account has not changed since then and the tracking number failed to find any information. Then, last Tuesday, as we were leaving our driveway, a DX Freight van pulled up with our mattress. We asked about the pillows but the very polite driver had no knowledge of them. It is worth noting that the box was a bit crushed at one end and had a couple of small tears but the contents were fine. A week later we have heard nothing about the pillows, so I sent an email, more in hope than expectation.

What is the point of designing and making great products when you (and your competitors, if you read the reviews) cannot sort your delivery systems and customer service out?

I paid for Premium delivery and was told on arrival that Arrow XL never unpack and remove boxes etc. Why is this an option to choose and pay for if the delivery company don't do it. Luckily I had taken photos of the option I chose from my order and showed it to the delivery men. They could see it was impossible for me to manouver a very heavy mattress, so kindly agreed to help. It was very stressful and not a great start. I saw from previous reviews this might be an issue, so Hypnia are aware of this problem and need to get it sorted out. Many people need help with large items, so if it's offered it needs to be made sure its done. I specifically chose a mattress from a company that offered unpacking. If Hypnia had not offered it I would of bought the mattress from somewhere else.

Before I decided to buy the Hypnia mattress I read reviews about many other mattresses on the market and decided for Hypnia, even though it is in general not listed as one of the first three or four. This is because I was after a mattress that offers the right combination of firmness and comfort. My daughter has a Simba mattress and tried to convince me to buy a Simba, but I found it a bit too firm for my liking. I believe I have made the right choice because the mattress feels soft to the touch even though it offers good support. The only slight disappointment was the fabric used on the sides of the mattress is not as premium as I was expecting. However, I have been sleeping much better than in my old mattress and would recommend the brand.

I ordered a mattress after ordering 2 previously after 20 yrs. Due to some unforeseen family emergency circumstances i was not able to use the mattress, once i opened and left for 72 hrs - the mattress was awful, very lope-sided
Spoke with hypnia who refused to help saying as the mattress had been misused they would not cover the 15 yr warranty, i tried to fight this but the company was not prepared to help or listen even though i explained my awful circumstances, very upset and disappointed as i had no issue with the previous 2 mattresses bought during a 20 yr period. The mattress was not used - it took 2 yrs to open it as it had been vacuum packed. Company said this is misuse of a mattress?????
So i have a lopesided brand new mattress where you lie on one side and its fine but if you lie on the other side you roll off the bed 😔. Such a high end company with a cold heart principles.

We are satisfied, very comfortable, even my back stopped hurting.

It took awhile to arrive waiting in twice for it to not arrive on the days it was out got delivery. I was notified at the end of day it won’t be turning up .

The mattress is great comfortable and good condition looks great and size good .

Great Mattress. although maybe not quite firm enough for me my wife loves it, and I sleep well!

I have to say my supreme mattress is super comfortable, and it's nice and firm just the way I like it. When delivered the driver single-handedly carried the mattress up 2 flights of stairs on his own when he didn't have to, so all in all great mattresses and a great delivery experience. When and if anyone I know needs a new mattress I will for sure recommend Hypnia. Thanks for a great night's sleep 🌙
