Best mattress. Did a lot of research and so pleased we choose Hypnia. Its excellent quality.

The best so far by a country mile

By far the most comfortable and welcoming mattress we have ever owned. Biggest problem with it is getting off in the morning

I bought a mattress in October 24 & all the information I read online seemed perfect for me who suffers from chronic back pain, including a 200 night guarantee. Also it was supposed to help with PRESSURE POINTS WHICH IT DIDNT Unfortunately I was in HUGH PAIN ALL NIGHT EVERY NIGHT AND MORNING !!! Also I didn’t receive the 2 FREE PILLOWS ADVERTISED ONLINE ASWELL AS VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE. I PAID for the item to be taken to the room AND THE DELIVERY MEN REFUSED & they did RELUCTANTLY - THEY SAID “IF I ASKED NICELY THEY WOULD TAKE IT TO THE ROOM “ AFTER I PAID FOR THIS SERVICE !!!! I apparently I had a top quality mattress !!!

No reply to my emails no customer support a waste of £300 had to get a proper mattress from a proper company

Rather firmer than I expected.

For five months, my wife and I have been sleeping on a Hypnia mattress. I am 50 years old and have never slept on such a comfortable mattress. I am sorry that I have lost so many years sleeping on other, uncomfortable mattresses.

For years I struggled with sleep mainly due to a bad back. These mattresses have changed that for me and I now sleep soundly. They are so comfortable. Delivery is also quick. We would absolutely recommend them.

Ordered a double Hypnia Essential Hybrid mattress and we are so pleased with it. It is extremely comfortable. The entire process from ordering to delivery was seamless and I highly recommend Hypnia.

Expensive for a bit of sponge. When I want memory foam, I want it to feel firm, then form around your body as you relax. So far, the only true memory foam I've used is by Tempur. But they're prohibitively expensive.

Bought mattress via telephone call to Hypia Sales.
Charged £9 without knowledge. Delivery later than advised - arranged delivery to coincide with collection of furniture by same company.
Delivery people collected item and my 2 sons put the mattress in my bedroom and removed all packaging as we were unaware there had been a £9 charge levied.
Hypnia would not refund charge as now say £9 charge is due to choosing a certain day for delivery.
Since return mattress after 30 days as although soft , too hard an hour or so later leaving back pain. Disappointing result all round

We had been searching for mattresses for almost few months and were unable to decide which was better as most of them were offering almost similar kind of experience days. Then after going through lot of reviews over various websites got this from Hypnia and we had been using this for months now and it was really nice experience of sleep we are having.

Would love to say that Hypnia mattresses are excellent, but sadly never got the chance to try one. Delivery was arranged for 2 December. We were informed by ArrowXL that it had been loaded on the van and out for delivery only to be rung 30 mins before delivery time to say they were not able to deliver. The next day at 08.00 a lorry arrived, sadly this time it appeared that the mattress had not been loaded even though they had the paperwork and delivery note. On the 4 Dec ArrowXL emailed to say that they were unable to deliver, (even though they had never said they were). Hypnia refunded the delivery cost, agreed to send another mattress and agreed that either the new or replacement mattress would be delivered by 6 Dec. Again we were notified that it was on the van and out for delivery only to then get an email to say they would not be able to make the delivery. We cancelled the order and were told that the refund could take 2 days, (the delivery refund had been received the next day). In fact the refund took 7 days, and no it doesn’t take longer to refund than it does to pay. Unfortunately ArrowXL do all the warehousing and deliveries for Hypnia so there is no choice in delivery company and for that reason we will not be using or recommending Hypnia. Went elsewhere, ordered on 6 Dec and delivered 8 Dec. No argument with Hypnia customer service, ArrowXL customer service abysmal.

Every time I'm away from home I dream of sleeping on my own big cosy Hypnia mattress – and when I'm home I dream soundly on it.
I never imagined I'd ever think about mattresses, let alone dream about one

This is our second purchase from hypnia! Wouldn’t have any other mattress, our sleep quality since using hypnia is the best it’s ever been. Also purchased accessories such as sheets which are also great quality

Excellent comfy mattress that's neither too hard, nor too soft.

Fantastic mattress, comfortable and strong. The only down side was a strong burned plastic smell which took several months to dissipate.
