Good mattress, awful delivery
Horrendous delivery service who got completely the wrong day without leaving any message or attempting to call. Thankfully the mattress is great so far.

Very happy, easy to get out of box and very comfy
Ordered on Sat 30th Nov, delivered on Wed 4th Dec. Came in a box so easy to transport upstairs. Easy to get out of box. Placed on bed frame and easily rolled out, removed some of the plastic cover so air could get in and it started to inflate. Left for 24 hours and then removed the plastic cover fully before making the bed and sleeping on it. Two nights sleeping on it so far and absolutely no complaints, comfy, supportive and absolutely no smell!! I have the Supreme Hybrid mattress.

The mattress is giving a foul smell
The mattress arrived very quickly but without giving us a date or time. There is no warranty card in it and has no directions to use and unwrap upside and how long it needs be left to be decompress. The worst thing is that the moment we opened it, it starts smelling very bad, i opened all the windows of the room for few hours in this cold month of December. but its been a whole week and the smell is not going. the smell is very strong like dead rat decomposing. i have notified them and their response is to give it a one more week. its pathetic. I am going to ask for a refund and while reading the comments on refund here I am dreading how long its going to take as in the comments it shows it takes months to get the money back from them. what a pity:( update review 5/12/24
customer service called today and offered to exchange the mattress, which I accepted. Now lets see how quickly they do it as the smell is too still too strong and is difficult to sleep on this mattress because of the strong stench. They promised to deliver in next few days and I told them I am going away next week, so has to be delivered in next 3 or 4 days max. Lets see. Although I am happy with the prompt response of their customer service.
Fit for purpose
Quick delivery but very heavy to carry upstairs. Firm in the right places and deeper than others.

Very comfortable mattress. I love the hybrid mattress. The springs are firm and the memory foam on top is very supportive. A great night's sleep!
They appear to have stolen my money
I ordered a mattress which arrived promptly, but was too firm so I returned it. It's been three weeks and they still haven't refunded my money. I don't really know what to do as they never respond to emails. Next stop fraud complaint with my bank.
Note. If the response below is true, the fact remains they ignored half a dozen emails asking why the refund had not been processed.
If they had at least told me there was a problem with their refund system I wouldn't have posted a bad review here, so I don't believe them and it stays.

Easy to order and delivery was simple, on time with mattress delivered up stairs to bedroom and old one taken away, no fuss.
We have the Supreme Hybrid and it proving to be very comfortable and supportive. I am 6ft 1in, weighing 100kg and finding the mattress comfortable for side and front sleeping.

Wouldn’t buy again
Wouldn’t buy again. It just isn’t for me. I realise that they give a return and refund upto 100 days if not happy, however, circumstances of my own made this difficult.
Good quality mattress
Good quality mattress, bought around 1.5 years ago and still has perfect shape and is very comfortable. Recommended.
Appalling delivery service
Appalling delivery service. Hypnia have made no contact with me to arrange delivery (no automated emails/ texts etc). The mattress was attempted delivery without my knowledge. After calling their delivery courier (you have to deal with them direct and they only accept calls - no online service) rearranged delivery for today - took day off - no sign of the mattress or any attempt to deliver. Emailed Hypnia twice with no response.
Hypnia have terrible customer service - don’t respond to emails and leave the customer to figure out with the awful courier direct.
No mattress, no idea when it will come and £650 worse off. Go with one of the many other box bed companies
