Wonderful mattress

We’ve had our Hypnia super king mattress for almost 18 months and I can honestly say we’ve had the best nights’ sleep since we started using it. Well worth the money and would not hesitate to recommend this mattress

Pros and cons

The shopping experience and the delivery was easy and efficient.
The Supreme Matress is very supportive for my lower back issues , just as I desired.
However, the comfort level (the memory foam bit) was not as good as I hoped. I ended up having to buy another topper to place on top of the whole mattress, which kind of defeats the idea of buying an integrated Hybrid Mattress.

Ordered a mattress they changed the day…

Ordered a mattress they changed the day for delivery so I had to cancel it .I keep trying to get my money back I keep getting excuses saying it has been sent .now it will take another two days .this has gone on from 11th of October

Do not purchase a mattress from Hypnia

Do not purchase a mattress from Hypnia. The company have a free 200-night trial and the website states that once the item is returned they will refund the customer ‘within 48 hours of receipt of the returned product by our warehouse or 10 days.' I returned my mattress on the 5 October and I was informed on the 14 October that 'the refund has been processed today'. It is the 1 November and I have not received my refund (for £529.99) and I don't know if I ever will. They claim various things, including that there is a technical issue, and they have said over the phone that other customers have been affected. I have just had to spend about an hour raising a disputed claim with Barclaycard to try to resolve this. £529.99 is a significant amount of money to me and trying to get back what I'm owed has proven to be hugely stressful and frustrating. They are either very incompetent or in serious financial difficulty. Either way, steer clear.

Awful experience from start to finish!

Awful experience from start to finish!!
Firstly I paid for a specific delivery day then I received a text the morning of delivery to say the warehouse hadn’t released my order. Called customer service and they said they hadn’t scanned it so had to wait to receive a text to rebook delivery. I received this message Friday afternoon and next available delivery wasn’t until the following Tuesday.
On the Monday I received a email to say a refund for the full amount of my mattress had been processed. I called customer services in a panic thinking they had cancelled my entire order. Customer services said the order was still live and couldn’t see a refund etc. He escalated it up to accounts and reassured me my delivery would be the next day.
Tuesday came and yes my mattress arrived but also a phone call from customer services requesting me to make payment again as they had processed a refund in error and had my order mixed up with another. I checked my bank and there was no refund pending. Customer service then said he would go back to accounts as he was unsure what was happening. In the meantime I contacted my bank and they said a refund was processed but successfully recalled by Hypnia. I never heard off Hypnia again and I enjoyed my new mattress. Until a few weeks later I received a threatening email demanding payment (via a link I hadn’t been sent) and threatening they will ‘lodge a complaint with the governments money claim’ and charge me for doing so!
Awful awful experience!! I can see that they did process the refund and it looks like it went through after the date I checked which I was completely unaware of. I am more than happy to pay for my purchase which I am just awaiting a ‘link’ to do so however the way they’ve gone about it all is just disgusting! I was the person who notified them of the refund made in error however I am left made to feel like I’ve been dishonest.
Avoid this company at all costs if you want to order a mattress and receive when you request it and aren’t threatened for a mistake they made!!!

Don't order anything from these clowns!

Paid for a specific day delivery

Told it was coming the next day

I got a refund of £9! Wow!

Then the next day arrowXL text me to say they don't have my item!!!???

Hypnia don't open their lines until 10am and quite frankly couldn't organise a fart in a paper bag!

Who knows if the mattress is any good, who knows if I'll ever receive it, looking forward to a weekend sleeping on the floor!!

Thanks Hypnia, you certainly like to raise stress levels ahead of this best ever night's sleep you promise!

Best nights sleep

I considered many mattresses before I settled on Hypnia in the other bed we tried Emma and Dormeo but neither were giving a good nights sleep,
I have had this Hypnia for 9 months Now and it's very comfortable

Hypnia Mattress

Amazing new mattress & much better than the Emma one I recently returned.

The topper is brilliant & I actually have overslept a few times as it is very comfortable compared to my previous mattresses.

Well done Hypnia - A great purchase & 2 free pillows as well so the £500 odd price is very competitive & I will be buying another one soon as my daughter loved it & wants one too!

Poor delivery experience

I ordered my mattress online and chose the delivery option which allowed me to choose my preferred delivery date.
The mattress did not arrive.
I called the courier, as I was provided with a tracking number via email that was unrecognized. The courier company advised they had not received my order. So, I had waited in for 12 hours for nothing. I called Hypnia on the Monday (as they aren't open over the weekend) I spoke to a great customer service rep, who kindly assured me that my delivery would take place on a certain date (and refunded me the £9 delivery charge) much appreciated. The mattress did not arrive on the specified date, but a day early.
Luckily, I was at home.
I asked the delivery drivers to take my mattress to the room, as I had paid for the delivery option - and they advised me it was doorstep drop off only. So, in the end I never did get the delivery option I paid for (in any capacity). Date nor service.
I haven't opened my mattress yet - as I can't get it up the stairs. I hope when I do finally get it on the bed, it's as comfy as you claim :) because we've had quite the ordeal just to get it here!
I really would suggest re-evaluating your delivery service - based on other reviews here, there's a lot to be desired on this front.
