I have had a Hypnia 5 zone supreme mattress with a memory foam topper attached for the last 10 years, which is still a pleasure to sleep on so when I made the decision to buy a replacement, a Hypnia Supreme King Size was the natural choice - extremely comfortable mattresses at very affordable prices and of course they conveniently arrive packaged in a box!

I bought my Hypnia mattress a year ago and am very happy with it. At first I wasn’t sure it was right for me as it was quite heavy, but now I’m very happy that I have it as it has maintained its structure and shape well and I’m sure it will last a lot longer than other brands I’ve tried. It is super comfortable in any position I sleep in too.

This company were absolutely brilliant, their customer service was second to none.
We purchased the supreme mattress but I unfortunately found it to firm. I contacted Hypnia and who arranged for the mattress to be picked up and replaced ( very happy with replacement). Would highly recommend.

The Hypnia mattress has revolutionised our nights. Not only is it supremely comfortable for both of us, but it has greatly improved the gradually worsening pain I have been experiencing in my hip for years. I no longer need painkillers before going to bed or wake up when I turn onto it.

My husband works consecutive nights for the emergency services counselling people with mental health crises, so it is vital that he gets good quality rest during daylight. Previously, even with a blackout mask his sleep was patchy, now he sleeps though.

It is no exaggeration to say that we feel we sleep cocooned in luxury as we never have before. We wish we had discovered Hypnia earlier!

The mattress is a combination of soft but firm and looks to be well made. As a hot sleeper I was a bit worried that the memory foam top layer would prove to be too sweaty but this isn't the case and I have not felt uncomfortably hot at all. I have arthritis and spinal stenosis and on my old mattress it was becoming very difficult to get a nights sleep without severe pain. Although the pain has not completely gone with the new mattress it is certainly more comfortable and I actually look forward to going to bed and feeling cosy. I was expecting a bad off gassing smell but have to say it was nothing too problematic and had disappeared completely within a couple of days. When searching for a new mattress it can be overwhelming with information on style, type, cost etc and I read a lot of reviews to try and whittle it down. In the end I went for the Hypnia because it is made in the UK, competitively priced with good reviews and so far I have not been disappointed.

I ordered the supreme hybrid mattress as I needed a soft yet supportive mattress to aid my recovery from heart surgery and am pleased to say it has been excellent.
I am a side / front sleeper and my previous firm mattress aggravated my chest wound, but this has enabled me to get a good night's sleep free from pain.
The attached topper also adds a real feeling of luxury.
The delivery was on time with regular updates on progress and the men carried the new mattress up to my bedroom, while taking away the old with no fuss.
The free cloud pillows are very large and take a bit of time to soften up but after nearly 2 months are getting better.
Overall very happy so far after about 2 months use.

Very easy to order, I was given the option to pay in 10 installments, interest free, which was great, super fast delivery, the mattress is very well made, perfect support for a good restful sleep, I would definitely recommend, great service from ordering to delivery.i have had the mattress now for about a year now, and it is still as good as when I purchased it.

Took us a while to choose a mattress, weighing up all the pros and cons of each type but went for the Hypnia Supreme Hybrid; well, what can I say; from the faultless, comedy laden delivery (the guys were very funny) who also took away the old mattress with no issues to the satisfying pop when the rolled up mattress (how is that possible??) was released, we knew immediately it was a good decision. Feels and looks really high quality and it was an absolute eye opener re how comfortable, warm yet cool, soft, firm, supportive and just generally all round wonderful mess this mattress can be. We are not light but not super heavy and it support is no matter if we are lying on our back, side or front; supports right to the edge of the mattress and you dork feel a thing when your other half moves or gets out of bed. Absolutely worth every penny and got it in sale too so a massive discount on full rep. Faultless; I’m away back to bed lolz

I ordered a mattress and the smell after unwrapping was not good I got in touch with customer service who arranged for another one to be sent out and the old one to be returned..
the new mattress is very comfortable I sleep like a dream

Hypnia delivered our new mattress on time and with two friendly delivery people. They quickly removed the old one and placed the new one within minutes.
Since taking delivery, the new product is exceptionally comfortable, excellent quality and competitively priced.Would highly recommend.

I choose my Hypnia mattress because I suffer with a really bad back, but before I bought this one I had a new one from one of the big companies with a few months trial. I realised I wasn't happy with it and returned it and then choose my Hypnia mattress, and I am so glad I did. I look forward to going to bed now as before I dreaded it because of the pain, I couldn't sleep on anything else now. So easy to buy online and delivery was quick and on time. Well done Hypnia keep up the good work.

Lovely comfortable mattress, deffinitely more comfortable than our old mattress. My husband says he gets a much better sleep and doesn't wake up with aches & pains like before. It is quite a deep mattress, I almost have to climb into bed of an evening but I'll probably get used to that.

As a side sleeper I was looking for a topper to soften my existing memory foam mattress. Found this recommended for that purpose and was happy with the price. Ordered and received exactly as the site said it would be. It is thick and heavy. Soft but lots of spring back. Very happy with it. I took one star off because it needs straps because it moves overnight but doesn’t have them. I bought an undersheet with straps which holds it in place so I am not unhappy at all

I only received 2 out of 3 items on 3rd Sept. I was emailed back 3 days later saying a replacement duvet was in process, and i have heard or received nothing since. That was on 6th Sept. It is now the 21st. I have emailed 3 times since and had no response. I am so disappointed. These products cost a lot of money!!

Edited: mattress arrived on Monday, instead of Saturday, but all good now and v pleased with it.

I ordered mattress for Saturday delivery, but it's now Saturday morning and I've not heard anything from Hypnia or the delivery company, and customer service are not available till Monday.

"Absolutely shocked by the service from hypnia. They promised delivery ] but never showed up, completely disrupting my plans. I've tried contacting them multiple times to no avail – no emails, no phone calls. I've even rescheduled my plans twice to get delivery , nothing. If the item doesn't arrive tomorrow, I'm canceling my order. Based on this experience, I would never recommend their company to anyone."

Great mattresses, I replaced a 12 year old memory foam one (from Hypnia also) with their supreme hybrid mattress - good price and good quality from both. I will mention that despite paying extra for fast delivery, it was delivered a couple of days late. They did refund me the extra I had paid though so I can't really fault them.

Would recommend as a company.

This company has produced a high quality product which has already demonstrated its high level of comfort and its great value.

Outrageously bad customer service. I paid specifically to get mattress delivered on a specific day but it wasn’t. I stayed home all day only to be disappointed. I tried calling but customer service opening hours very limited. I emailed and got no response. I then got an email out of the blue saying mattress was ready for delivery, with a date for delivery IN THE PAST. I finally got through to customer services and cancelled my order, specifying that I must receive back the extra I’d paid for delivery, as the whole point of that has been to receive the mattress on a specific day, and they had failed to do so. The person I spoke to reassured my that would be the case. I then got a notification of refund BUT no refund for the extra delivery charge. Will now have to call them again, as I can’t surely be charged for a delivery that never took place! Will never, ever buy anything from them again and do not recommend.
