Extraordinary experience- Faster than Fastest experience working with Easymortgage. Ezinne was my primary advisor and she was avaialble literally after office hours also and was an app message away to answer my queries. I also got support from Mathieu who is also equally helpful and ready for prompt support. I was very much worried in the new country with the regulations and time pressure. But Easy mortgage did it very softly.

Given the complexity of our situation in obtaining the mortgage amount we need, bumps and challenges are on our way, but with the help and assistance of Stepanie, everything has been sorted and become real and she makes it happen to pursue our dream of having our own house. The support that I got through the advisor was really beyond everything I expected. When I initially reached out, I was not sure about the process and wasn’t really sure if it would make sense to get a mortgage advisor but Ezinne Mgbemena made me feel very calm, supported me in every step, explained things three times when needed and went above and beyond, not only helping me on finding the right bank but checking documents for the notary, helping understand contracts while being available to text and call pretty much the whole time.
