I had a rental set up

I had a rental set up. I traveled 2hrs on train & bus and the person never showed up or replied to any of my messages. HyreCar only apologized. I gave them another chance. Returned the car Sunday. They charged me Sunday & Monday anyway. Horrible customer service. No structure with the rentals.

Beyond horrible

Beyond horrible. They allowed a dishonest driver to get away with two traffic violations, damage, tolls. If the driver does not pay you, they offer zero support. Unbelievable

Another bad review for a terrible…

Another terrible review for a terrible company. Just know they will allow the driver to do whatever they like. Been on the platform for two years (unfortunately) and I’ve never had a cleaning claim denied. Today, it’s denied because they do not reimburse for exterior cleaning. I’ve submitted photos for both interior and exterior and they still denied it. So are they saying we can rent dirty cars to guests since they won’t reimburse for the mess they make to our cars.

Hyrecar, all the staff, and most of all the Recovery team at HyreCar Mr Antonio Ms Nancy, were the most supportive, humane, compassionate, understanding, merciful, employees of any company I have ever seen in my life, when there was a minor incident that I never expected to encounter during my rental period, had happened, that could have caused me to have extreme hardship, Mr Antonio and Ms Nancy saved my life, I never expected the love and support that was given to me at this time to even be possible, what helped is explaining my situation, my rental history being of good standing, and the owner of the vehicle which also I could not have survived this moment without, I never in my life thought a company could go this far to help. I was able to keep my word and get the rental current, I was so many days behind, but I knew that my work ethic, and there support and my continued communication with them updated them on each progressive moment , and every little strength I had I was fighting to get the rental back current, it was a great achievement, and the recovery team Mr Antonio and Ms Nancy had a heart, had a understanding how I ended up in that situation, they understood I didn't know such things can happen and as a company they did not hesitate to be there for me in my time of need, again I could have experienced extreme hardship. I have much love and always my pure hearted prayers to you both it will always be, more companies in the world should have the same compassion, love, and beautiful spiritual gifts to help people in there time of need like they helped me, I think every company should have a non profit foundation to help the workforce, it is the workforce, the Laborers, known as employees who are human beings of many companies in the world, a job. It is us the people who can make or break a company, if the human race can have more love and compassion for eachother, then this world would be a much better place, I was surprised that this situation was corrected the way it was and I was trusted. Plus I learned valuable lessons about insurance, reporting incidents no matter how small, how the recovery team works, and most of all the goodness and the high standard of service that people like Mr Antonio and Ms Nancy  showed to me, please everyone if they help you, do your best to he honest and explain your situation there may be a way out. Just try not to take advantage and most of all communicate with owner and recovery team, it was a fearful situation being behind because of the legality of it, and what I was facing if I couldn't keep the car, even during my 30 days training to obtain my CDL A I encountered some problems, and the love, support, encouragement, made me so happy. And so blessed. And brings to tears to my eyes at the compassion that Mr Antonio and Ms Nancy gave me, I'm so sorry for the delay in this review remember I told yall I wanted to say something meaningful, plus I was busy. And I'm still fighting to be valued as a human being as I continue to embark on my journey becoming a Professional Truck Driver, without you Mr Antonio and Ms Nancy It would have been so much harder to complete that program, and to even have the desire to even attempt to obtain the CDL A. Was Because of your support, if both of you take your kindness love. Passion, compassion. Tenderness, joy, goodness. Pureness. Understanding, mercy, and all your spiritual gifts and build your own companies or inventions I know you both would be one of the best companies in the world to work for, your both are talented and showed rare qualities that most human beings don't have, that was a blessing and a exodus a miracle that was working through both of you, Mr Antonio and Ms Nancy, if I ever became a millionaire or mutli millionaire  I will hire you and people with excellent people skills like you. I think people can learn anything  in the world, but to genuinely have people skills is a gift and a talent it comes from the HEAVENS, from GOD YAHUVEH HIMSELF, YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH the SAVIOR, and the COMFORTER HOLY SPIRIT, ( HEBREW SACRED NAMES OF HOLY TRINITY) much love to you both and peac e. I will never forget this GOD YAHUVEH used you both to save my life, and HE carried me through both of you and still is carrying me, as long as I strive to obey HIM and be HOLY.  much love Mr An tonio and Ms Nancy

I fell behind on my rental

I been with hyrecar for years and they…

I been with hyrecar for years and they decided to open up a claim against me and when I called 5 months ago no supervisor or manager contacted me back so I called today and the lady that was on the phone said black people always have an attitude I’m going to get them reported / shut down I promise! They are racist and nobody seems to know what to do there!

OWNERS BEWARE!

OWNERS BEWARE!! DO NOT list your car on this platform. The renter smoked in car, ashed in cup holders, cigarette burn in seat, unpaid tolls and parking tickets. All came out of my pocket. HyreCar took so long to handle the claim that I could not get any money back. It was my first time ever renting my car out one any platform. So needless to say I removed it from there and now on Turo. Soooo much better.

If I could give them lower the grave I would. I was hit in a hit and run it’s been weeks not hearing from anyone and then they take 1015 from my account stating that I am liable for the accident and I was the victim of a hit and run. How tf am I liable then I call their insurance company and they have no claim for this it’s only on HyreCars platform. They are a corrupt company and I won’t stop until I get my money back. You speak to 1 person and he keeps saying the same thing. F this company don’t rent from them ever.
