Positives and negatives
Can’t fault the delivery, was expecting it on the 20th and received it on the 12th.
Macbook seems to be in good condition, only disappointing things are:
The screen is quite scratched up - understand it’s a referb but still expect better screen condition for the price
And the other being it was a little sticky but that’s nothing a quick wipe down can’t fix.
Is I could give 3.5 then I would

Good and not so good.
Product was ok, if inconsistent with differing models shipped despite ordering what I thought were the same iMac. Business buyers be aware that VAT invoices are not issued, with unsatisfactory explanation as to why.
Do not expect quick responses to emails.
As a positive, product is reasonable value, and when I did have an issue it was resolved ok.
