I was in a very dark place and at the end of my tether with nowhere to turn when I was offered a place with Iaspire, and to be honest I dreaded going to the place.
The house is absolutely nothing like I expected. There were six other people already at the house, each one approached me individually and made me feel really welcome. These same people filled the house with laughter and friendship every day.
The staff are exceptional in every respect, they listened and advised me at each hurdle I tried to clear, but more than that they became my trusted friends.
In all I can not complement is place, which has been my home for six week, enough. It is totally the opposite to what I excepted and has helped me get myself back together and to put my life back in one piece.
I would just like to say "Thank You" to everyone that has there. It has been a fantastic experience.
Kind regards
Andy.

I came to this crisis house being in a really bad place, i struggled a lot with my mental health. After being here my first week the staff and mangement were very helpful and reaured me that i will get back to my normal self.
After a month of being with iaspire i feel a lot more confident and felt a lot more reasured that my future is brighter. Everyweek i had meetings with staff and managemennt to see how my progress was and this made me feel i was in the environment to progress into the right place mentally and physically. I felt like i could be open with the staff and bring up any concerns i had without hesitation
I want to thank all the staff and management who did all the best to help me get to a better place

Review – Kent Road West, Iaspire Step Down Crisis Beds
I stayed at Kent Road West during one of the most difficult periods of my life, when I was in real crisis. I can honestly say this service was a massive help and played a huge part in setting me on the path toward a better and more stable life.
From the moment I arrived, I felt supported. The managers – Shy, Sully and Jazz – were professional, understanding, and genuinely caring. They lead the service in a way that makes you feel safe, respected, and valued.
The day staff were always on hand, whether I needed practical help, advice, or simply a shoulder to cry on. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The night staff were equally as supportive and reassuring, which made a huge difference during the harder evenings.
The environment itself is calm, welcoming, and ideal for clearing your mind and focusing on recovery. It gave me the space and support I was desperate for at the time.
I can’t thank everyone there enough for the help, care, and compassion I received. This service truly makes a difference when people need it most.

The on going support from day 1 has been amazing. The accommodation has been well kept by staff and gives homely feelings.
I am Gobsmacked genuinely and I am grateful to be in an environment that has me grow and recover.

I was first referred to IAspire crisis beds in August 2025, at first I was apprehensive about what I would find, but as soon as I arrived the staff explained what was expected of me and in return what they would be able to offer me.
I can honestly say that my life has improved so much with the help of IAspire and I can't thank them enough, all the members of staff are extremely approachable and willing to help with any problems you have big or small.
The staff keep the house extremely clean and make it feel like home for the duration of your stay.
I can say that the other service users who were there i can now call friends.

Before coming to Iaspire I was at a ward for a while and I didn't feel comfortable as it was very loud and noisy, I also felt very low and sad.
When I first came to Iaspire I didnt know what to expect so I was very anxious and reserved myself but they were very welcoming. After a few days after I got to know staff and service users I started feeling a lot more more comfortable and the environment was very nice.
I now feel better here as it's calm and the staff here are very helpful and nice, the service users here are also great as they have all treated me well and made me feel like family.
Anyone who comes here is very lucky and should use the resources that are given to them to better themselves and grow.

I felt very low, fed up and depressed while I was in hospital ward. It almost felt like life was repeating itself every day with no change which made it worse for me to manage my mental health.
When I came to IAspire initially it felt almost unreal and weird to me. Something I wasn't used to, I became more comfortable as I got to know staff and other service users and let my guard down which isn't easy for me due to my past traumas and experiences.
Having spent some time at IAspire I am finally able to feel comfortable and safe. I have made friends along my journey and I have many fond memories of my time here. The staff have been really supportive and have gone above and beyond.
I would like to specially thank all of the staff here that have assisted me every step of the way and also my fellow service users for helping me through my recovery.
For someone that has been given the opportunity to come to IAspire, I would like to firstly say you are very lucky to have been given a golden second chance and you should give it your all and really utilise the resources available to you.
All the best everyone!
