I ordered it a month ago. It shows still not shipped

Love the new bathtub I purchased for wife! It was shipped quickly free of charge, very well packaged to protect it from damage during transit, esthetically appealing, and the price was reasonable.

At first I was really upset. I was calling and calling never being able to talk to anyone. I then sent a email and got a rapid response and got the situation taken care of. 5 stars to you for that. I love my tub it’s the very best. Thank you guys for the best experience in the world

Our bathtub was delivered very quickly and works very well. My lower back and knee feel much better after several baths.

After ordering 3 tubs thru Amazon, and they were ALL damaged, I ordered directly thru Empeva. The tub came undamaged, and the delivery folks were very careful with the box. The tub is awesome and we have used it every night for the past 2 weeks!

It seems like heaven to me. I can’t seem to get enough. I’d recommend an immersion heater of about 1500 watts to keep or raise the temperature. The control panel could be improved.

Absolutely horrible company. They have the worst customer service. I have been without a bathroom for a whole month now and it has been the worst experience ever!!!!

Tub broken and cracked and no response from customer service

Diferent color is offered but consumer have to remove and install the kit and not all details are in the same color, end up having a gold and silver bath tub instead of a single uniform color. Shower handle is made of cheap plastic even though it cost extra 300 dlls for the diferent color.

Lot of installation setbacks.Drain is exactly where marked on drawing for connecting to your drain line.It has to be aside, or you have to lift the bathtub, as flexible hose is 1 1/4 " in diameter. The skirt is attached with low quality SS screws. In our case we had to cut the base frame so the bathtub to go through the door frame in upright position.Welded back with SS flux core wire, but walls are extremly thin, so careful with DC welder settings. Skirt was reattached with 20 new SS screws as old have had stripped heads.
Electric box was placed opposite to the drawing.Please assure 90°corner wall to wall, before setting tiles. Skirt is removable from the back only. We love the finish product.

What a beautiful bath

I tried to call and stop the order minutes before shipping and they didn’t answer thence I had to pay a 20% restocking fee!!! B S!!!

My tub arrived damaged. I spoke to a representative named Aaron, who said he will try and get us a replacement, but he has not gotten back to me after many weeks.

Good product perfect fit and very versatile. It should have a heater incorporated like the other smaller models. Aside from this, appears sturdy, able to hold two persons comfortably. It has a lot of features, very modern,

Arrived well packaged, on time, no damage whatsoever.
Tested everything after install - no leaks. Fixtures are of good quality, so are the molded body and side panels.
I highly recommend the company and product

So far so good. We’ll see how it lasts.
