Great tub however in description of tub nothing was said about motor dimensions which is very important for the fit of the tub.

Shipping may vary...
Website is ok, but shipping estimate for me was way off. Ordered a tub the week before Christmas with a processing and shipping time of 11-16 "natural days". It processed and shipped over a 4 day Christmas holiday weekend. Initial delivery estimate was 1/3. However, the shipper called me to drop off 7 calendar days after I placed the order a week before the delivery estimate. Because I was traveling over the holidays I requested delivery on 1/3 as estimated but was told I would be charged $200 storage fee to deliver when communicated. After some back and forth communications, the tub eventually arrived 1/3 and I was not charged.
As for the tub, it looks amazing and exceeded my expectations. I have not been able to install yet, but my only complaint is the instructions are poorly translated to English and specifications such as the electrical supply required are not clear.

Bath tub arrived broken in three places and base was cracked. Still trying to get a resolution. Would not do this again.

The tub is just incredible
The tub is just incredible! The whole experience was easy. They kept me updated as to shipping and it was crated and padded, no problem. The unit is beautiful and it’s the star of our remodel!

Great product - poor shipping experience
Very knowledeable sales staff, Great product that is well designed and made. Our only complaint was with the shipping company who had poor tracking and took longer than they promised to deliver.
