This tub is amazing
This tub is amazing. I am a contractor and chose this for my personal bathroom remodel because it was larger and had good reviews.
I am pleased with the manufacturer as the deliver was quick and packing was great no problems with communication as well.
It was a simple install just need 2 20amp power supplies and a 1.5 in tub drain connection I ran 3/4 hot and cold to the water supplies tub fills up in 4 minutes I'm impressed
Works great and love that all sides have access pannels so far so good
Would definitely recommend this product I wish I can post a pic of it installed but can't find this option

No one would answer the phones!!!
No one would answer the phones. NO one knew for over a week where my tub was. And the tub was dinged when we unpacked it. No way to repair it. So I have this new AWESOME whirlpool tub with a ding on the silver top rail. Their suggestion, I tear it out. Tear out $5,000 in tile and tile work. Postpone my new floors. And repay $3,000. to have the tub reinstalled. And another $5,000. to redo the tile work. I will just have to live with the ding. After trying repeatedly to figure out what to do. They finally gave me a 20% discount. I am still livid. I am doing the 2nd bathroom in 6 months. I will definitely not go back to ibathtub. All this time, money, contractors,etc. And that dinged tub destroys the ambiance of the bathroom.

Now that the tub has been installed,we…
Now that the tub has been installed,we do have a few issues.#1 we have no control over the jets/air bubbles/water fall.The air control knob does not change a thing.All are on full pressure and water does splash out of tub.#2 the jets do not drain.When you start up the jets you get cold water for a split second,not healthy.#3 the shell is very difficult to replace in the normal position.We did not get it back to the factory position.If you turn tub on the side ,now you have to hook up drain and guess on leaks.I do not recommend this tub to purchase.

I recently ordered an Empava bathtub and was thoroughly impressed by their impeccable service. The shipping was fast. The bathtub is beautiful but unfortunately during shipment a small crack occurred. I cannot say enough good things about how their customer service responded fast and addressed the issues to my satisfaction. They are outstanding! I would highly recommend them.

I did not like the repeated delayes in…
I did not like the repeated delayes in shipping.
I did not like the confusing electrical requirements.
I do not like that the back top edge does not have a tilt to the interior of the tub.and they wavy up and down.. not good for a tile wall.
I did not like the thin wall accordion drain line which will likely degrigate and leak in time.
I do not like that the tub feet remains over 3/4 of an inch off the floor at its lowest.. this will be a place for dirt dust and water to get under the tub.
Tub is pretty but I believe there will likely be lots of problems due to the design details.

I love this tub! I had a very small bathroom, and this tub fit perfectly. It was easy to install and wasn’t extremely heavy. It is nice and deep and plenty of room. It arrived within 2 week after ordering and installation was about an hour. I don’t have a single regret about this tub! Highly recommend.
