Zero star would be ideal. These are scammers who hack into devices for your personal information. They have listed my business and personal contact details without my consent. I never asked them to list my business online. Do not be fooled - this is not a legitimate company. They have no contact number or customer service to speak. Nothing works on their website. I have no way of getting my business deleted from the web. These are hackers and scammers. Stay away!

I gave ibegin.com a 1-star review because I have been trying to update my listing for the past two years, but it remains in the pending folder. I wanted to fix it again today, but I cannot update my listing—so much wasted time. There is no way to contact them. There are two listing that are incorrect and one listing that is pending.

Once you sign up you can't cancel! I've been trying to cancel for 6 months now and every single month the payment keeps coming out! It's an absolute scam, stay clear away from this. Will have to talk to my bank about how to stop the payments coming out.

Terrible experience trying to list my business. Verification failed, even after multiple tries. I see from a google search that this is by no means uncommon.

The four digit code that they give you to verify doesn't work. Was issued a code 3 times and still said it was incorrect. Emailed them and got no response. Absolutely useless

Absolutely RUBBISH, I have had to list my business over 10 times and it simply doesn’t work! Each time I do it you get an option that says "Claim Now" for the listing to go live, it rings the listed business number with a four number code THAT DOESN’T BLOODY WORK. On one occasion I attempted to do this four times and even on imputing the 100% CORRECT Code each time I got a message on the page stating “The code you entered did not match. Please re-try below” its feckin USELESS! What a complete and utter JOKE!!!

I would choose 0 stars if I could, they have been charging me for the last few months when I have emailed and used their contact forms to try and cancel a number of times and no response. I signed up for their upgraded listing and there was absolutely nothing upgraded about it. Nowhere to cancel on the site. Avoid like the plague. This company will rip you off and ignore you and take your money untill you cancel your credit card.

There is literally no way to cancel this once it starts!!! No way to get in touch, remove your listing, ANYTHING!!! I am going to have to cancel my credit card to remove it.

Not the easiest business directory to register on as I had to try multiple times to verify my listing and each time it didnt work.
