I have a loyalty account and I'm missing multiple rebates from Ibotta and don't have my receipt anymore I've been fighting forever 2 weeks to get my money finally got $2 of it today that doesn't include the other buck 25 that's missing I'm about to give up on shopping at food Lion with my loyalty account because you can't get your money back

I love the fact that I got notified of the missing money to claim on of my recent purchases. The only bad thing I have disliked is the fuel your wallet cash back. Fingers crossed I get to be one of the 10 who win the giveaway coming up. As a single mom doing her best. This is would really be helpful for my small family. Thank you for hearing my feedback.

I love the fact that Ibotta will catch savings that I did not see on the app and will let me add them afterwards

I mainly use the app for my Walmart purchases. Works great.
My bank cards are linked to Walmart, but for some reason I have to scan the receipt every time. Before the savings were automatically put on my account.
But otherwise I love the app, easy to use.

Made it to $29.00 on this app after quite some time. New to the app, was excited to see gift card withdrawals payout “instantly” but when I go to withdrawal, it says it can not be processed. Tried to withdrawal to my PayPal and it was rejected as well. It is NOT customer service friendly to NOT have a faster way to contact a representative by phone or chat! I have been trying for 3 DAYS!! And yes, my account is OLDER than 7 days! **** signed, one pissed off new app user!

Missing one of cash back plus the bonus after it did clearly match the offer and I sent the ticket to the support.

It's a chance to make cash on what you have already spent. Also makes trying new items easier.

Being able to purchase more than one of some products and it counts towards the bonus.

The ShopRite I went to is very nice to shop at. They had all the sale items I required, even the items associated with Ibotta app.

I think the customer service is great at resolveing missed rebates. The gas rebate was a disaster although thoughtful.

Everytime I have items that I’ve clipped then snap my receipt it doesn’t show up and I have to tell it missing cash then proceed to find it Ibotta then scan my product. Why am I having to do this so often? Cause I’m sure I’m missing items myself.

EXCELLENT. Ibotta really rewards you. I recommend Ibotta for rewards and savings.

I purchased enough items to get the $5 bonus and didn't. I resubmitted the two denied items for review even though they matched in store, after the bonus time period ended. They were legitimate offers and probably won't get the $5 now.

Ibotta is very deceptive. Sent email and said an anniversary bonus was available, if I redeemed 3 offers by 6/3/2026. Bonus showed in my App until on was done shopping, then it conveniently disappeared after I purchased the items available to redeem. Better business bureau or whoever governs, should take a look at their practices. Rakuten is a much better option.
