This is the first time I’ve gotten cash back on this platform in ages, even though I’ve been connected for a long time and my previous purchases included things there were coupons for. There’s no place to add an online order for Walmart either. Only in store receipts.

This happens very often. Items I buy I do not get credit for. Also tells me wrong store even when it is not….i bought I can’t believe it’s not butte r this time and did not get credit for it. Getting ready to. Quit !!

This rebate was excellent! But I did another rebate on 5/13/26 for Yasso Frozen Yog and Yasso I/C Sandwich that the system declined because the receipt images was from a copy because the paper at Publix ran out so they had to give me a copy. Yes, I was disappointed I lost about $12/$13.

I used to have the ability to submit a ticket when there wasn’t cash back. Now it is only an AI chat bot that simply repeats the same question over and over and over again.
On Tuesday, June 2 I submitted a missing cashback for chomps mini beef sticks six count, bought at Kroger.
I was not able to scan the UPC code on the packaging because I had thrown that away. When I submitted the receipt, it did not acknowledge that I had purchased this item and everything matched the offer. No longer can I submit a ticket referencing the item that I bought with a picture of my receipt.
the chat bot only repeats the same questions w/o any real help. Do better ibotta!
It’s literally exhausting and not worth my time for cash back of a $1.50.

I had also bought Better than Bullion X 2. One was Chicken and one Beef. Although it was checked as being saved for purchase, I could not get it to come up so all it showed was .05 for a receipt. So, I was cheated a dollar .

I noticed that a lot of things are no longer on Ibotta. It’s very hard to collect money on it your app once it figures out what you buy that item will never come up again and it ever used to be like that you could get the same thing a couple times a year.

I checked the barcode and the rebate is there. And it’s disappointing when the item is pulled when you’re at the grocery store and you already purchased it and you’re ready to snap a photo of it and the deal is gone.

I cannot get my money out. I’ve tried to do the email message but something always goes wrong. I don’t like that there’s no live person to speak to for problems. I think this app stinks. It’s also hard to get the receipt perfect so you’ll accept it.

a few things to fix: clipping before purchase. you're behind the competitors on this and we feel it.
pulling rebates that are strong and popular. deceiving.
not allowing couponed products for rebate.
random, oddball products not stocked locally.
I'm feeling more and more like the app isn't worth my time...

I like your app and use it all the time, when I can. Sometimes offers you have we don’t purchase that stuff. But I do have to say the gas perk is ridiculous. This Thursday I tried for hours trying to get it and was never able to get in and missed the offer. You really need to find another way to do it.

Can NOT add Aldi to my favorites.

LOVE ibotta!!! Super easy to use app, simple to navigate, & once I connect my store account to the app the rebate money is already in the account before I even get home! Great bonuses too!

Free cash is awesome! OK, it takes a little bit of effort, but if you’re at the point in your life where you have time and need to save, Ibotta is definitely worth the effort. Ibotta offers a rebate-like cashback on items you are likely already purchasing. If you stay involved in the app, you can save money by doing as little as linking accounts, submitting receipts, and during special offers, get free gas! Personally, since I spent 40 year understand there will be system issues but I merely appreciate the fact that I’m getting something for doing very little. I’d also like to shout out to their customer service team, Gerald, especially, who has been beyond awesome in his timeliness, communication, willingness to help with a beyond great attitude… so thanks Ibotta for helping out in this economy!

I purchased 4 bliss creamers and checked the barcodes in the store and you only credited me for 3. I'm owed another $1.00.

Love the app- sometimes some of the Kroger receipts take a couple of days to be approved and applied.waiting on on now that may take a couple of days for approval. Plan to share the app with friends this weekend.
