I found the Arm & Hammer rebate on your site yesterday morning. It said $3.00/2. I went to Kroger's and bought 2 Arm & Hammer 45.5fl oz. I tried to open Ibotta on my cell phone. I got a message We're having trouble connecting try again. I finally was able to get Ibotta open and tried to submit my receipt but it didn't go through. I tied again this morning and it went through. My problem is you changed the rebate offer to $3/1. Is there any way you can give me another $3 for this offer since I bought it while the offer was still good?

Why would you deduct when there's inactivity?

Several times I have placed an order at 9:00am and my cash back has showed up but not my bonus. Today it happened again. Disappointing.

I like this app because it has replaced coupons for me and if I miss an item it reminds me to click on the item so I can still get my cash back even after my purchase.

I was a little disappointed yesterday as I got 2 special k cereals and I couldn't get the money back because I got the family size, not the large size. They don't have the large size at Walmart! Please take a look at that! Why couldn't it be large or family size?

I missed claiming an item on a recent last-minute purchase, but because my account at that market was linked, I was sent an email alert that I had 24 hours to add the offer. It was a simple process through the app and I received my rebate for Oreo cookies!

Very good app for saving some money

I have a lot less offers than other shoppers at the same store. So disappointing. I don’t use 90% of the offers on my Ibotta and the things I do use I don’t get offers on

Ibotta almost always gets it right. Though I am still missing cash from the Clorox Bleach offer from 5-22-26, as my review of this purchase is still pending. Thank you for looking at it again!

Have used Ibotta for awhile, it's easier now to get cash back with linked accounts.

Easy to use and I like the connection to my Walmart account. That makes things easier because sometimes I forget to upload my receipts in time.

I had the new stem bug catcher that had 5.00 back you only gave me 2.00 plus I had the blue cheese salad dressing for .50 and I didn’t get anything for this.
