Bought a car online, delivered in the pelting rain so did not see the dent in the side of it and the hole in the windscreen until the day cleared - unable to speak on the 'phone to give us any redress. My son's first car. Very disappointing service.

The vehicle was delivered in line with our standard procedures. At the time of delivery, you were given full opportunity to inspect the car, and the Pre-Delivery Inspection Report was reviewed and signed, confirming the condition of the vehicle upon handover. The invoice was also signed, acknowledging acceptance of the vehicle in its delivered state.
As such, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage reported after delivery, especially when the vehicle was accepted without any concerns raised at the time. We do understand your frustration, but we have to follow our process to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.
Should you have any further concerns, we’re happy to assist — but we must be clear that no damage was reported at or before the point of delivery.
