After an accident, I find myself almost totally housebound and having my eye test at home was so pleasant and easy. The spectacles I chose from a tempting selection were delivered today by the charming Khalid who made sure they are a good fit and that I can easily read through them.
All-in-all, it has been a very good experience which I intend to use again when the time comes.
Highly recommended.

Refreshingly professional and friendly, willing to work to our time constraints. Glasses arrived within the times they gave and the gentleman who came to fit the glasses was a breath of fresh air, extremely polite.

I am very pleased with both the fitting and delivery service. My glasses were delivered on time and are a perfect fit and as cheap if not cheaper than high street brands. I was fed up with making an appointment with Specsavers where they agree to me having a level access appointment only to be told in the shop I have to go downstairs which is a struggle for me (they have no lift).

Sick and tired of the one in Llanrumney Cardiff always being shut, regardless of it’s so called ‘opening times’

Mum and dad had these Poor sevice nearly 8 to 9 weeks for glasses to come but stated 4 weeks had to chase up all the time neve use again

The 2 gentlemen that visited me were very professional. I have severe psychiatric issues and suffer from bad anxiety as well. They kept stopping to allow me to regain composure. They were so understanding, showing lots of empathy and compassion. They were brilliant throughout and very polite. My spectacles have already arrived, well on schedule. A very positive experience throughout.

had my eyes tested by i care at home , Wajid visited me at the time arranged, very friendly and informative of what he was doing and proceed to test my eyes explaining everything as he went along , i found out i was long sighted in one eye and short sighted in the other which made me cope pretty well over the years as one or the other got me by , i nowhave a perfect free pair of reading glasses which really show bad my close up reading really was , i recommend i care at home 100% , thank you so much , J Jackson

What a brilliant service and team 5 stars all around. lovely ladies on the phone who booked the appointment. Muhammad who did the eye test was very professional, friendly and patient and did a very thorough job making my Dad feel at ease. Dad was able to pick a pair of more comfortable glasses from a large range at a very good price. Glasses fitted today by Azzy who was very professional and friendly and really good with my Dad (even though he is scared of dogs).I would recommend to anyone who is unable to visit the opticians as everyone in the team was very understanding. Thank you Rob, Carole and Jayde (the dog)

We didn't know we where eligible for eyes test at home when I got the phone call they where very helpful and made us an appointment on the 8th of May the man that came to see us was very pleasant and cheerful sorry I cannot remember his name and the man that brought our glasses was the same name Affs

because they came to my home excellent professional service and i was put at ease . The fitter was very nice and friendly even though he didn't like dogs his name was Affy

Hi I recently was contacted about having my eyes tested at home At 74 and finding driving hard i thought it was a good idea it proved to be be perfect for both myself and my wife and we both had our eyes tested and bought glasses .Glasses came yesterday and fitted perfectly we are both very happy with the service ,they came when they said they would and were fitted with care.Very satisfied Thank you.
