From Start to finish the service was excellent. Both Affy and Waj were both brilliant. Glasses for both my wife and I are good value for money. With out doubt I would recommend this company.

My husband and I have our eyes checked at home. We are both undergoing Cancer treatment so this saves journeys to the opticians. The people from icareathome were polite, friendly and knowledgeable, The range of glasses was good and reasonably priced.

My disabled mother had her eyes checked at home and glasses provided, however, the glasses are useless and she cannot see out of them. There is no contact number or website. The only detail provided is the Optometrist's name, Wajid Hussain Malik. What kind of service Is this. As I visited mum in Leeds I came across the letter. I would appreciate for someone to make contact. I cannot post my details here but my mums postcode is leeds 9

As housebound due to operation the team at icare are a godsend, Chirag came to my home and performed full, professional eyetest with all the kit opticians have in store, Affy delivered my glasses ready to wear and made adjustments on the day, his assistant Zee was friendly but professional. Such a relief to have glasses again since old one broke, 5* allday from the entire team, cannot recommend highly enough.

I was visited today by Affy from icare. He delivered to me my new glasses. What a wonderful service this is. Affy was polite and very knowledgeable and very caring of my situation at home. I will be recommending this company to my friends who are not able to leave there homes to attend optician appointments.

Affy delivered my mother's glasses today and I was very impressed with his warm, friendly and personable manner in relating to my mother who has mixed dementia i.e. vascular and Alzheimers. I noted that he loved what he was doing and would just like to thank him wholeheartedly for this service. She was also pleased with his visit and remarked that he was a very nice man.

I've just received my new glasses by Affy very nice man I would recommend the service this company gave me was very professional and caring will definitely use them again

Absolutely fantastic service The optician who came to our home was so lovely and professional.The lady who delivered the glasses was lovely and professional.

The agent Affy was really friendly and very helpful. I care at home were very quick at finding out my mum had cataracts and helped her get treatment for them. Very good service all around.

From start to finish brilliant service the call team was the optician was polite made everything straight forward for Me referred me for my cataract to be removed and lovely woman who delivered my glasses leanne who made sure my glasses fit me correctly and comfortably 5 star rating from me

I am unable to leave home and as I was going into hospital I saw an advertisement for I care @home.I have ordered and received 2pairs of glasses one set of frames was faulty and after a few weeks the lens dropped out. I contacted these people my glasses were collected and after 7/8 weeks still no new glasses received. I need these as the only things I'm able to do require my reading glasses.

I have just had a visit from Affy and Leanne with my new glasses these two lovely people were so helpful and kind very friendly I would highly recommend a visit from them Brenda Austen

fantastic service and lovely people to deal with .nav came to my home and did an excellent job of doing my eyesight analysis and a week later another member of there team turned up with my glasses and they are perfect ! can see incredibly well now !

They are a great company and take the hassle out of going to the optician's and there service is first class 👍

I had a problem with my hinges on my frames so I contacted icare and they couldn't have been more helpful and today
Zain turned up earlier than my appointment time which I was great full for
And Zain was so professional 👏 and went above and beyond to fit my issues

Just had my first at home eye check up with a lovely gentleman called Chirag who was very polite and helpful . Explained about my change in my eyes helped me pick the glasses for wearing and reading . The experience was really good less stressful than going to a shop less painful with my mobility issues . Thank you I'll be using them again x
