I am writing to raise a concern regarding two deposits I made on 5th April at around 9:00 PM IST. I deposited ₹1800 twice, totaling ₹3600. However, the amount has still not been credited to my account.

Despite sending multiple emails to your support team regarding this issue, I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication and delay in resolving the matter is very disappointing.

I request you to kindly look into this issue on priority and credit the pending amount to my account at the earliest. Please also provide an update on the status of my complaint.

The customer support is really pathetic and no response is received from last 6days

Very bad experience with iCash.One. Multiple payments were debited from my bank account but not credited to my wallet. Even after providing full proof (UTR, transaction ID, UPI ID, screenshots), there is no proper resolution. Support team gives repeated replies and delays the process. One payment is even marked as credited but not received in wallet. Not trustworthy. Use at your own risk.

Funds not received despite successful transfer – very poor support

I am facing a serious issue with iCashOne. A payment of ₹3,500 was sent to my iCashOne account from a third-party platform. The transaction is marked as “Completed” on the sender’s side, but the amount has still not been credited to my iCashOne account even after 3 days.

I have verified that all details, including my registered email, were correct. Despite this, there is no update or resolution.

I contacted support multiple times, but I am only receiving automated responses with no proper investigation or clear answer. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I request iCashOne to urgently check if the transaction is pending, stuck, or failed on their system and provide a proper update or resolution.

If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate it further to consumer authorities.

Very disappointed with the service and lack of support.

I am not at all happy with their service, and after all reviews I realized that I also got cheated from Icashone. I.have done withdrawal on 5the Apr 26 40000/- but still my funds are not credited to my account and I am not getting proper support from them. I tried to get updates through WhatsApp which I found India support manager, now he is also not responding.

I knew you people would cheat me, this is my third time when you people have cheated me, I sent them all the proof of payment. Finally now I have understood that this platform is not safe. You people cheat the customers. This happened last time, I tried everything but I did not get my money back. It is clearly visible that I have sent the money to you, the name of the person where the money was sent is Guddi Devi. I had tried with the bank also, last time the bank said that the money has reached , icash.one are fraudsters. You are a fraud company, you people kept the customer's money by deceit. This window opens when i try to deposit my money. Now you have lost my trust.I have come to know your method. First you people say wait for 24 hours, then you say investigation is going on, then you say I did not get my money. Platform, your agents, did you not get your money, if you did not find this much lie then you catch them and return my money. After that they say wait for 7 days, then they say reversal, but this time all this will not work, I want my money back. If you want then i can share payment details and all mail thread to you . But please return my money..

Top Up with ICash is a serious Issue.

It’s Been more then 48 Hours and I have still not got my Top up of (1500,2000,2001) INR.

If you look at there reviews you will know everyone is getting Scammed in the name of Top up.. I have deposited on iCash( Astropay) for the last 10 and I have not faced this many Top up problems ever before.. this is getting constant now.

Have your own UPI rather then telling us to deposit into a 3rd party UPI account which turns out to be illegal or fraud and the payment get missing

I have noted down Your 3nd party UPI Bank account you told me to deposit into.. I am on a verge of handing over the that bank details to the Bank & Cyber Crime police if my Top up is not done. Also, don't ignore the user's and give updates on the issues

I have sent all the proof that was requested to me by you via mail.

Guys don't use this platform they are wantedly cheating everyone money , and they specially offering 50% cash back also don't go into trap, once you deposit your money will gone, I lost 19500rs successfully completed transaction but they are saying money not received. Worst app when it come to Customer Service. This is the 3rd time they have lost my Deposit of 8500 INR & it was not credited.

They are very Predictable I am dealing with them for the past 1 year.. 80% of your deposit will get successfully then you have this 20% deposit which are a Nightmare & it’s a long process.

On 2nd April I have made a deposit of 8500 and is yet to be Top up in my account I have Repeatly sent them mails but still they are yet to get back to me with a single mail.. i have already Goan though this Harresment in the past so I know they will first tell me to Wait for 7 days to see if there is a refund then come back to them. The refund will never happen and you money will be Scammed. I have already mentioned in the mail that a Complaint will be filed with the bank as well as the Cyber police regarding the Bank account i was made to deposit money in.

Never ever trust an app like this who hired bots to answer your queries and hase the same answer of any of the general questions you ask. I deposited Rs 10000 amount got deducted from bank side but is not deposited on this platform. Also they have the worst ever customer care service where you just email them and no one reponds over it. I will report the transaction as fraudulent from bank side and will report this in cyber cell as well. Don't fall prey to this app guys. Don't fall for this app guys.. Bullshit app.. They will topup 2-3 times your deposit after that they will start scamming you with deposit not crediting in your balance.. I have lost 20k in deposit to this app.. No assistance.. Autobot replies.. You will be frustrated but no one is gonna help you to get your deposit.. Just bot service in chat customer care. Ridiculous app worst ever..

I have done my payment on 30th March 00:26 hrs but it shows expired and I have not got any support till now I have mailed them 4 time
