they don't understand that time is money.
they keep the deposits waiting for days and we don't any response from the team.

Please don’t use this platform for. anything. They have taken my 1k and it has been almost 2 months. I have written them several times in the support with the transaction statement from the bank and PhonePe . They know that PhonePe mask upi id so they have decided that upi id on the statement is the only proof . So now they have stopped responding and fully stolen my money.

Your QR scanner is not accepting payments above ₹2,000, so I had to complete these via manual UPI transfer as per the "Manual Transfer" instructions on your payment page. Made 2 payments, one on 27/03/26 of Rupees 2000 and one today on 28/03/26 of rupees 1500 both of them got successful at the payment gateway but none of them got credited into the wallet, your chat with us option is useless, automated replies of anything we ask, went to support email, created a ticket but no reply. No exact timeframe for guaranteed solution.

I made a UPI deposit of ₹4,999.92 on 18 January 2026 using PhonePe (UTR: 949996454152).
The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and there has been no refund till date. My bank has confirmed that the funds were successfully transferred to the beneficiary.
However, the iCashOne system shows the transaction as "Expired" and states that payment was not received, even though the transfer was processed successfully at 5:11 PM.

This appears to be an internal issue with their payment processor or system, but they are not taking responsibility.
Very poor support experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious while using this platform.
I am still waiting for resolution or refund.

Llevo desde el lunes intentando retirar fondos hacia cuentas bancarias en Chile (Banco de Chile y Banco Falabella) y todas las solicitudes son rechazadas automáticamente a las 24 horas sin explicación alguna. He enviado múltiples correos a soporte desde el lunes y martes, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta.

UPDATE: This is my 4th attempt to withdraw my earnings (over 31,000 CLP) and iCash One continues to fail. I have tried Banco de Chile, Falabella, and Mach, and all transfers were rejected due to their faulty payment system.
Support is being dishonest, giving generic "wait" answers while the banks have already confirmed the bounce-back. Since they offer no alternatives like PayPal or Crypto for Chile, they are effectively holding my money hostage.
LEGAL ACTION: I am now filing an official report with the PDI (Chilean Investigative Police) for fraud and usury. I am also joining collective complaints at SERNAC (National Consumer Service) and other financial regulators in Chile.
DO NOT USE THIS APP. They will let you complete offers like MegaPari but will never actually pay you.
Update - March 27, 2026:
The "apology" from iCash.One has not resulted in any actual solution. Despite their message, my payment of 31,000 CLP remains withheld and my withdrawal attempts continue to be rejected.
I have already escalated this case to SERNAC (National Consumer Service in Chile) and I am preparing a formal report for the Cybercrime Unit of the PDI (Investigative Police). I have followed every technical instruction and validated my accounts with three different banks, yet the money is still missing.
I am giving them until Monday to resolve this. If the funds are not in my account by then, I will proceed with further legal actions and a full public exposure of this fraud on social media. DO NOT TRUST THEIR REPLIES UNTIL THE MONEY IS ACTUALLY PAID.

UPDATE: Do not be fooled by their "kind" public response here. After their generic message promising help, they rejected my payment request again without any valid reason.
It is clear that this company uses AI-generated generic responses to maintain a professional appearance on Trustpilot while privately scamming users. I have now escalated this case to all involved platforms: Megapari, Prime Opinion, and the Offerwall providers.
Furthermore, I have filed an official international fraud report through econsumer.gov (ICPEN), Report #199663930.
They are using deceptive advertising by showing "Webpay" logos to force users into their non-functional app. I will not stop until this is resolved. Avoid iCash at all costs.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with iCash, and I feel compelled to share it so that other people are aware before trusting this platform with their money.
On 9th March at 09:31 AM, I initiated a withdrawal of INR 22,000 from my iCash account. Normally, when you withdraw your own money from any legitimate platform, you expect the transaction to be processed within a reasonable time. However, in my case, the amount never arrived, and the entire experience since then has been extremely stressful and unprofessional.
After waiting for an entire day with no update or confirmation about my withdrawal, I decided to contact their customer support. When I reached out to them, they simply asked me to wait for 3 business days for the transaction to be processed. I understood that sometimes financial transactions can take time, so I patiently waited as instructed.
Today is already a working business day, and yet nothing has happened. The withdrawal has still not been completed, and the money has not been credited to my account. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of proper communication and support from the iCash team.
Since the issue started, I have sent more than 40 emails to their support team at support at icash .com regarding my withdrawal issue. My email reference and user ID is eVX0aMGyCq. Despite repeatedly contacting them and clearly explaining the problem, I have not received any meaningful response or solution. Most of the time, there is either no reply at all or just generic responses that do not address the actual issue.
For a company that handles people's money, this level of service is completely unacceptable. When users trust a platform with their funds, the company has a responsibility to process withdrawals on time and provide proper support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience with iCash has been the exact opposite.
The delay, the lack of accountability, and the absence of real customer support make this platform look extremely unreliable. It is very worrying when a financial service holds your money and then does not respond properly to your concerns.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I simply want my withdrawal of INR 22,000 to be processed immediately. This should not take days of waiting and sending dozens of emails just to get your own money back.
I strongly urge the iCash team to look into this issue urgently and resolve it as soon as possible. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. Based on my experience, users should be very careful before trusting iCash with their money.
