Bought a chain online as a gift.was very disappointed It does not sit nicely at all and gets tangled all the time. The gold plating doesn’t look good, looks like it is from a Christmas cracker. I have had no reply on wanting a refund. I would avoid think they have took my money and ran.

Poor customer service. Brought a ring and the conditions was poor so I asked for a refund, still no money, definitely don’t recommend. Customer service is horrendous keep your money !

Quick delivery and very good quality jewellery

Ordered a chain from them, but it wasn’t in stock. I spoke with Tink on the phone she sent me all the other chains they have, ones in my price range and similar in style to what I ordered. The whole thing was resolved in under a hour and I still got my next working day delivery. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality of the jewellery and packaging. 10/10

I've ordered last year 3 Pendants from this company. And they send me 3 times the wrong item. I send 2 of them back to London and they didn't take the package. Maybe no one was working because of Covid. But anyway, they scammed me 3 times. So I wouldnt recommend to buy from them.

Happy with the product ordered and packaging etc. However it was a ring and was too small - contacting them to organise an exchange was difficult as they were not responsive which caused stress. I had to try as many different ways I could; email, text, messenger. In the end someone finally responded and all was good - the exchange happened and very happy with the ring. Need to smarten up the communication though so clients are not left in a black hole. I think they took this on board.

Ordered chain, pendant and ring before Christmas for my son non of them were despatched had to buy him something else still waiting for a large refund no one is replying to me I need this money back !
Sad thing is if they were right by me I would of ordered again for his birthday next week

Worst customer service EVER. Do not be fooled by these scammers. Just because of their location in Hatton Garden they think they’re class. They’ve robbed me of a substantial amount of money and refuse to give my money back despite countless attempts of reasoning. I am disgusted at the fact they are still in business. All these 5* reviews cannot be real. Seriously steer clear big time, I wish I was warned beforehand.
